Meredith stumbled over to me with tears forming her eyes. And wrapped her arms around me tightly, light sobs soon began to pool onto my chest. I wrapped my arms around her waist and back, holding her tightly. I gently rubbed her back and rocked her as she cried into my chest.

"Can we get out of here?" She asked letting out a laugh

"Yes, are you laughing?" I asked my giggling, dark and twisted wife

"Yeah" she said smiling "we need to get Alex out of here he needs help" she told me as she walked over to Alex. I released that there was blood spreading down her legs.

"Meredith you're bleeding!" I told her

Meredith's point of view:

"I'm fine it's just a little blood." I told him

"Meredith you should sit down." Owen suggested walking towards me

"Yeah." Lexie cut in

"Guys what about Alex!" I shouted

"We will take care of him." Owen said as he took the supplies over to Alex. Lexie and April got up from under Alex, and sat him on the hospital bed. Owen started to hook him up to blood and a iv bags. I stood there watching him as ripped open his scrub top to take the bullet out.

"Okay I need gloves." Owen ordered Lexie. She quickly went into the supply bag and dug them out. Helping Owen put them on like a nurse would. He then began to attract Alex's skin to see the bullet. Blood spreaded all over the floor as he continued to pull the bullet out.

"Meredith, sit down please!" Derek said from behind me

"I'm fine." I told him

"Meredith sit down, Alex will be fine!" Lexie ordered

"Come on." Derek said gently pulling me away from Alex

I tried to push him away but, my weak arms was no use. He sat me down in the corner of the room wrapping his arms around me as tears fell from my cheeks.

"Your stitches are tearing apart." Derek said as a blood stain grew on my shirt. He pulled my shirt up revealing multiple scars and bruises. And the gash that used to be stitched up. "April I need your help!" Derek shouted. His voice fading as darkness over took me.

Derek's point of view:

Meredith passed out in my arms after continuously laughing. She was getting dehydrated and the gash in her abdomen was tearing apart. The bleeding was slow but, the gash could tear at any given moment. April rushed over with a suture kit and handing me gloves. I started at the top of the tear and slowly went down to the end of it, stitching every open part. At the end I tightened the suture, then tieing it in a not.

"Okay April, we need an IV bag, bandages, and also gauze." I ordered. She quickly walked over to the supply bag and gave me everything that I ordered for her to get. "Thanks." I told her as I lightly stuck a bandage to Meredith's abdomen and wrapping it with gauze. Then putting in a IV into her arm.
