Meeting The Mukamis

READER'S POV

I slowly opened my eyes and when I did, I stared at an unfamiliar ceiling. I sat up and I noticed Yui sleeping soundly across from me. I looked around and I wondered what happened and how we got here until it came back to me.

"So that's what happened, oh man, I can't believe I let my guard down, I'm just glad Boss wasn't there to see that..."

I mumbled to myself as I ruffled my fringe annoyingly. Just then a familiar voice spoke up.

"So you're finally awake."

I looked to the side and it was that same boy who was on the cliff from before. He was sitting across from me and Yui while reading a book.

"Yeah, sorry for keeping our 'kidnappers' waiting."

I said with a smirk as I got my feet off the couch so that I was sitting on it properly. The boy looked at me surprised and he spoke up.

"You don't seem to be panicked by your situation."

"Yeah well, unlike Yui, I'm much calmer and I tend to be aware of my situation seeing as how I'm smarter than her."

The boy looked at me up and down. I then remembered something.

"Oh yeah, where are my manners? I'm (Y/n), (F/n) (L/n), the one who is still lying asleep over there is my unfortunate sister Yui Komori."

"I'm Ruki, Ruki Mukami."

I smiled at him and I stood up from the couch and I offered my hand to him.

"Nice to meet you."

Ruki looked at my hand and he shook it. Just then an angry voice spoke up.

"What the?! she's awake already?!"

I looked at the source of the voice and it was that same guy who knocked me out but, I just smiled at him.

"Oh hi there."

"Don't 'hi there' me!"

I noticed straight away that he's like me in some ways judging from his behaviour and the anger in his voice. I smirked at him.

"Oy, there's no need to get angry although, I can't say I blame you, I did give you a lucky punch in the jaw."

I heard Ruki snicker at this. The brown haired one frowned at me and he shouted.

"What did you say?!"

"Now, now, Yuma-kun, there's no need to be like that."

I looked up and Kou was standing there with a fake cheery smile on his face.

"Looks like the sleeping beauty is finally awake and she doesn't seem fazed by her situation, am I right, Keneko-chan."

'Keneko-Chan? really? does Kou have some kind of obsession with cats or something?'

I thought to myself with a deadpan look on my face. Just then I felt someone holding my hand. I looked down and it was that grey haired boy from before.

"Hey...do you...like pain..?"

I was surprised at that question and then Kou spoke up.

"Now, now, Azusa, that's no way to talk to someone you just met, allow us to introduce ourselves."

Kou said as he teleported down stairs and I just smirked at them.

"Hmpf, no need, I already know who you are."

They all looked at us surprised and I said each of their names.

"You're Ruki Mukami, Yuma Mukami, Kou Mukami and Azusa Mukami."
