The Snake Girl (Raphael x OC Fanfic)

Donnie took a step backwards, effectively tripping over his own feet and falling in his butt.

The hooded figure slowly stepped out of the shadows and brought it's hand down. Donnie braced himself for a blow, but....it never came.

He slowly opened his eyes, looking at the hand extended in front of him. He took it hesitantly, allowing himself to be pulled up.

Once he was up, he quickly retreated to where his brothers were, all of them staring in shock.

Leo was the the first to speak, drawing his Katana.

"Who...who are you?,"

The figure hissed, eyeing his sword skeptically.

He hesitated, then put it away, seeing them visibly relax.

"Now, are you gonna tell us who you are?," Leo asked.

Raph frowned. "First, come into the light,"

Leo looked at him.

"What? There's too much hesitation, it's sketchy,"

Leo rolled his eyes, but had to agree.

The figure slowly stepped out of the shadows, standing in front of them. Though, they still couldn't see their face, because of the black hood.

"Take off the hood," Raph pulled out his sais, making the figure tense again.

The figure sighed and yanked off their hood.

The turtles stared at... her, not really expecting her to be a girl.

"You're... a girl?," Mikey asked.

He stepped closer, making her step back and hit the wall behind her.

"Mikey, you're scaring her, cut it out," Leo grabbed Mikey's shell, pulling him back. He pouted, but stayed quiet.

Leo looked back at the girl.

"What's your name?,"

He had noticed the green in her eyes had faded to a hazel Brown color, and they weren't glowing anymore.

"C-Cameron," Her voice came out hoarse, like she hadn't spoken in days.

He smiled at her and she returned it nervously.

Raph squinted,eyeing her suspiciously.

"Something doesn't make sense,"

Leo rolled his eyes, turning to his brother. "What now, Raph?," He spat.

"How come, you attacked those guys the other day, but not us?," He pointed his sais at her again, taking a step closer.

She pressed herself against the wall, her eyes wide with fear.

"Would you stop? Put those away," Leo scolded.

Raph sighed in annoyance, but did as told.

"G-Guns,"

They looked at Cameron.

"They had guns?," Donnie asked.

Cameron nodded. She lifted up her black hoodie and her white shirt, showing them her side.

It was bandaged with a bloody gauze, the blood still seeping through it.

They winced.

"They shot you?," Leo asked.

She nodded, pulling down her shirt.

"That.... that didn't look too good, maybe I should-," Donnie stepped forward, causing Cameron to hiss at him.

He jumped, stepping away.

"Wow, her teeth like... totally came out of no where! That's so awesome!," Mikey moved forward again, only for him to be grabbed by Raph.

"Aw," He pouted.

"We're not going to hurt you, we just want to help," Leo extended his hand to her.

She hesitated, slowly giving him her hand.
