A "popular" girl finds herself crushing on the boy everyone has told her to steer clear of because of his quiet and mysterious exterior, but she thinks she sees through his little act. As time goes by, she learns that he is not exactly her biggest fan. In fact, he despises of her and makes sure she knows by avoiding her completely or only engaging in conversations that are negatively aimed at her and her character. Although she likes him, he has no idea. She is diligently trying to change his mind of her, and when they are forced to work on a child development class together (raising a fake baby for a week)—she tries her best to make sure the parenting session ends with his lips against hers.
I envision the story as a comedy and a romance. Some ups and downs of course, but the main character is always an open minded person and doesn't take no for an answer. She works for what she wants, and she almost always gets everything she wants. She's not insecure in the slightest, and though this guy she likes hates her, she's a very likable person. This isn't the typical type of guy everyone would fall for. Im not saying he's "nerd" (or whatever stereotypical traits would consider a person a "nerds") but he's also not a jock. More so laid back, sceneish, hardcore, while she's almost the complete opposite. I'm not sure if they actually get together, but if you want the idea, let me know.
