Amelia's POV

5 months before

"Mom" I said crying into the phone

"What wrong?" She asked

"Jeff and I had a fight, I don't know what he's doing. I think he's drinking" I sobbed "I c-can't find him"

"Shh baby shh it's okay. Just calm down, I know you'll find him, once you calm down"

"Thanks mom but I don't think I will" I sobbed again "He's good at going to places I don't know"

"Just think baby" She said before a man started talking "I have to go back to work but I know you'll find him I love you" She said before hanging up

I sighed laying on my bed trying to think of places he could be while I was still crying. I thought of our memories and decided I should try to go to the place he brought me for our first date. I hopped in my car and drove there. When I reached the place, I realized he wasn't there. I laid on my hands for a bit sobbing trying to think. I thought of all the places and stepped on the gas thinking to go to the park. When I got there, I saw his car. I ran out and saw him on the bar, no alcohol in sight. I sighed in relief. I got up the stairs and sat down next to him. He turned his head the other way making my heart shatter

"Jeff?" I asked placing my hand on his arm "I'm sorry" I sobbed "I didn't mean to get that mad. I'm just so stressed, please don't break up me. Y-You make me happy" I sighed "But if you want to break up I'm okay with it just know I love you" I said getting up

I reached the stairs when he started talking "This is the place I realized I was in love with you" He said making me stop and turn around to him seeing that he's been crying. I opened my mouth to speak but he stopped me "I don't want to break up" He said making my heart flutter. I sat down next to him again placing my head on his shoulder. He kissed the top of my head making me smile. I looked up to his eyes "I'm so in love with you. I'm sorry" I said

"I love you too, I'm sorry" He said kissing me sweetly

I smiled before hugging him, I tried to lean back but soon realized there wasn't anything to lean on and I almost fell off with a squeal but he grabbed me before I could

"Maybe we shouldn't sit here anymore"
