Story Time

"What the hell were you thinking?" N spat.

From the way his body moved, it was pretty obvious that another fight was gonna go down. There were no words that came to me to express in my defense without feeling like N tuning me out and jumping to so many conclusions- of course it may have looked bad on the outside but, it wasn't truly based on feelings!

"N, I can explain-"

"Well, it looks like someone is jealous." Ravi cut me off. "What? We were only kissing." He started sounding cocky.

"Get away from her," N said quietly. He looked absolutely pissed.

"What did you say?" Ravi teased. "You don't like the fact that I was able to touch her and you didn't?"

The air around us was getting thick and dark, the atmosphere felt like the building up of a thunderstorm before it would break out completely- tension. Ken, Hongbin, and Leo sat back completely quiet while watching the fight slowly unfold. Ken looked most reactant.

"Don't be upset that there's more chemistry between us than with you," Ravi pulled me against him by my waist. I didn't want to be the fuel of the fire, but that's exactly what I was so there was no getting out of this. Shit shit shit!!

Ken exaggeratedly gasped. "Mani! You kinky lil' fox!" He seemed way too much into the drama.

"Um, there's no more of anything. There's nothing going on between me and Ravi!"

I pushed myself off but Ravi roughly pulled me back in. This prompted for N to throw a punch at Ravi's face. It left me free since Ravi stumbled back with initial shock. He reached for his cut up jaw and looked at the small bit of blood it left on his fingers. N breathed heavily while giving Ravi a deathly glare.

" I said don't touch her." N huffed more loudly.

"You're gonna regret that." Ravi said gravely,  he lunged forward to return the punch at N.

"Oh fuck!" Ken yelled.

Behind me, I witnessed Ken raise his hands and at the quick snap of his finger we were no longer in the streets but in the livingroom to my apartment. My heart raced at the sight of everything pillaged and ruined: the couch was torn and de-gutted; broken dishes were scattered on the floor; our pictures were lying on the floor, opposite from the wall they were originally posted; it was a mess everywhere. How could I have let this happen?

I raised my eyebrow at Ken.

"We needed to be out of sight!" Ken explained. "They were coming back!"

There was a loud thud and some grunts. Ravi had tackled N to the ground and was sitting  on top of him, pinning him down. He repeatedly threw punches at N who had blocked a few with his arms until they fell allowing a few landed on his face. They continued wrestling with one another with no ending in hindsight. I needed to stop this!

I aimed forward to try and breakup the fight but I was stopped with an deathly pain that stabbed my head. My body fell hard and I reached for my head, putting pressure thinking it would ease the sudden attack but it only got worse. I screamed out in agony. The pain throbbed and the sudden pierce of my brain intensified. This is worse than any migraine I've ever had.

"Hey you okay?" Hongbin knelt by my side.

"Yo foxy why you like that?" Ken shook me.

Ravi and N were still fighting with one another a few feet away from us.

"Guys stop! Something's wrong with the chick!" Leo yelled.

I tensed up from the sudden rush that went to my brain, it felt like all of gravity had concentrated on my head making everything tenfold. A scream had left my mouth only to be cut short from my breath being taken from me. I didn't know why things were getting worse but the fight was causing my pain, I really needed them to stop now.
