The following morning the police sirens woke everyone on the block up.  Frank and Felix were no longer unconscious.  They were screaming for some to untie them.   They got their wish when the police officer, untie them and arrested them for robbery.

All the neighbor on the block were taking their things out of the shopping cart.   Helena and Sonia stood at their door watching the show.  "Wow, mom, I wonder who tied them up." replied said Sonia   "I don't know, but I'm glad they got what was coming to them," Helena replied

"Well, I'm going to take the clothes to Mr. Adams family.  Can you give me a hand?" she asked as they both went to the laundry room.

They both grabbed one basket of clothes and went towards the mobile home.   Helena knocked on the door, "Knock, Knock,"    Mr. Adams answered the door, "Hey, good morning.  Look, I would like to thank you again for letting us stay here."  he said    "It's our pleasure.  We stopped by your place,  here we washed these clothes we found that weren't damaged by the fire.  Oh, and all their photo albums." she said as she handed him the thing.

"Wow, thank you.  The red cross gives us stipends to spend on clothes and another to spend on food.  But our old clothes, make us feel much better thank you." he said   "How are the kids?  Did they sleep well?" asked Helena with a smile.  "We all slept well, thank you." he replied  "Well, we have things to do, but I took off of work, so if you need my help for anything, feel free to ask.  We'll talk later." said Sonia as she went back into the house.

Helena followed behind her.   "Mom, I'm going to get my hair and nails done.  Do you want to come along?  Make it a mother and daughter day." she asked as she grabbed the keys to head out.  "Not today, I'm tired somehow I didn't get much sleep.  I'm going to eat something and go back to bed for a while." she replied, "Really mom, you been very tired lately, are you drinking again?" Sonia asked before heading out.  "You know that everything has to do with drinking, stupid ass," she said as she went into her room.   Sonia kept quite, walked out the door and stepped into her car, "Wow, mom called me a stupid ass. But somehow, I know she's doing something." he wondered as she drove to the salon.

Once Helena heard Sonia's car pull off.  She went back to the front door and looked out.  The street was calm, the neighborhood people had their batteries and most of them went to work.  It was back to normal, with the atmosphere filled with silence.

"Good, the two little thieves are gone.  I'm pretty sure they won't visit this block anytime soon," she said with a grin when she spotted a dark park up the street.  There were two men sitting inside with binoculars looking in her direction.    "Shit that has to be those two men that are looking for what I found.  Well, I guess if you wanted me, they will follow me," she whispered as they went into the garage and grabbed her bike.  She round towards the parked car.  As she glanced at the corner of her eyes, she realizes that she was right, it was the two men she saw yesterday.
