Helena quickly headed home.  She took a shortcut, she had to get there before her daughter.  She arrived and noticed that her daughter's car wants there, "Good, I made it home before her, Let me start making dinner." she said as he quickly made lasagna and placed it in the oven.    About the same time that she placed it into the oven, Sonia walks into the house. "Mom, you wouldn't believe the day I had.  Those three girls I'd told you about, get attack by a shit load of baby crabs.  You should have seen them screaming." she explained with a smile.  "So did you go help them?" her mother asked  "Really mom? Well, I was, but Rick said not to, we waited a long while before he went out to help them.  But I don't know why, but I really enjoyed every minute of it." Sonia said as she sat down.

"Well, I'm just happy you had a good day.  Now, I made your favorite lasagna.  It needs about an hour more than we can eat." she said   "So, mom, what did you do today?  I hope I won't get surprised again and find you on the internet."  Sonia asked with a wondering look.   "I told you that wasn't.  Let me make some Cool Aide she said to change the subject.  But the subject kept being about her.   "Mom, did you drink today?" her daughter asked  "What is it with you?  Always asking me if I've been drinking.  I'm a grown woman if I want to have a drink, I will, If I want to get stupid drunk, I will, no matter how much or how many times you ask me it'll be the same answer, I drank about three shots, and what?" she said

"Wow, I didn't know you felt this way, sorry I won't ask you that question again.  I'll be in my room, call me when the lasagna is done," she said as she headed to her bedroom to listen to some music.  She no longer felt like talking to Helena.

Helena didn't care she was tired of all the questions.  She's been doing good things, although still drinking.  "Young people nowadays think they knew it all.  But they don't!  If you only knew. She must leave me alone, life is too short for this shit.  I'm taking a walk, I do need some air." she said as she grabbed a cigarette and headed out the door.

As Helena walked out of the house, she notices a flash go off, she looks towards the direction, and there was,  smoke, lots of black smoke.
