Kade Speiser: Drowning

As usual, there was something crazy going on at the Team 10 house. Today, you were going to jump off the roof into the pool.

Jake and Kade were going to be filming you for Jakes and your vlog. You were currently in your room getting ready when Kade walks in.

"Hey are you sure you want to do this y/n?" He asks.

"Yeah it'll be fun! Emilio jumped from Jakes room so how hard can the roof be? Plus, You and Jake will be there in case something happens."

"I know but it still worries me. I mean what if you miss the pool? Or you swallow water and die?!" Kade says.

"Kade don't worry I promise i'll be fine."

You climb up onto the roof about 10 minutes later and everything was set up. You had matts and the giant teddy bears floating in the pool to break your fall and make it more comfortable when you hit the water. Jake and Kade both had cameras ready to film. You have to admit, the roof was much taller than you imagined and you started to get anxious. But you had to do it. Get it over with.

Jake yells from below: "Ok y/n are you ready?!"

"Nope! But let's do this!" You reply.

"Ok... 1....2.....3!" Jake counted down.

You pushed yourself off and down you went. It seemed like forever when you finally landed in the pool.

But you underestimated how deep you would go when you entered the water and you smashed your head against the bottom of the pool. 'No big deal' you thought. 'Ill just ice it later'.

Seconds later, your vision started to get fuzzy and you were too weak to paddle yourself to the surface. You started to slip in and out of consciousness until you fully blacked out.....

KADES P.O.V

Y/n hit the water in just the perfect spot. I couldn't believed we actually pulled it off! Me and Jake both started cheering and celebrating when i noticed y/n had not resurfaced yet and i started to worry.
I looked over to the pool and she wasn't moving.

"Oh my god she blacked out!" I freaked out.

I instantly dropped the camera and pulled off my shirt and dove into the water. I look and see blood coming from a big gash on y/n's forhead. She
must have hit on the concrete on the bottom.

I swim towards her and wrap my arms around her and push to the surface. Jake is already at the edge of the pool ready to help me pull her out. I swim to the edge and hand her to Jake who takes her and lays her on the grass next to the pool. I immediately jump out and run to her side.

"y/n? can you hear me? c'mon open your eyes for me." I say while tapping her cheek trying to get her to wake up.

"Jake go get a towel for her head!" I tell him.

I turn back to y/n and she's still not moving. I put my fingers to her neck and check for a pulse. It's there but very faint. I put my ear to her mouth and don't hear her breathing. I lean over her and start CPR.

"Kade I got a towel!" Jake comes running out of the house.

He sits next to her head and puts pressure on the gash on her forehead.

I continue doing compressions when she suddenly starts coughing up water.

"It's ok y/n just get it all out. You're safe now, we're here. Just keep coughing it'll be ok." I turn her onto her side while rubbing her back.

She stops coughing and rolls onto her back again. I see her start to close her eyes again.

"no no no no no you have to keep your eyes open for me y/n can you do that? Just keep looking at me and Jake. We got you. Stay awake for us ok?"

I keep talking to her and making sure she doesn't fall unconscious again.

Soon she starts to try to sit up by herself.

"Hey hey hey take it easy y/n take it easy. Go slow." Jake tells her while helping her sit up.

As she starts taking it all in and realizing what happened a few tears start rolling down her cheeks. She reaches up to her head and tries to touch it only to be met by Jakes hand pushing it down.

"Don't worry y/n we got you. Ill take care of your head it's ok." Jake tells her. He's the only one in the team 10 house who knows first aid which is a good thing.

"Kade it hurts" She whimpers.

"I know baby i know. I'm right here. Jake will take care of it ok? Just relax now you're ok."

I reach under her and pick her up bringing her over to the couch inside. I carefully lay her down and sit next to her comforting her.

"Jakes gonna take a look at your head now ok baby? He's gonna take good care of you. I'm going to be right here ok?" I take her hand in mine and soon Jake comes over to her.

YOUR P.O.V

Jake comes walking over to me and Kade and crouches next to the couch so he's eye level with me.

"I'm gonna look at your head now ok
y/n?"  He asks.

He takes the towel off my head which
is covered in blood and looks at the gash.

"This is pretty deep so you might want to go to the hospital and get stitches." He explains while putting pressure on it again.

"Ill take you." Kade says to me. "It'll be ok i promise." and he kisses my forehead.

*After*

I ended up getting 19 stitches and from that day on i was never allowed to go in the pool without Kade watching me just in case.
