Nathan Speiser: You fall down the stairs; Part 2

NATHANS POV

I've been waiting all night in the waiting room at the hospital until i'm allowed to go see y/n. Apparently i fell asleep because next thing i know Kade is waking me up.

"You should come home with me and get some sleep buddy it's late. Well come back when we're allowed to see her." he suggested.

"I can't leave her i have to stay here." You told him while yawning.

"Bro she's not going anywhere and they told us they'd call. Just come home with me and get some sleep and change clothes and shower."

"Fine"

Me and Kade get into his car and start to drive home. You were so tired from today that you just let yourself fall asleep in the car.

*time skip*

You don't even remember getting home but somehow you ended up in your bed. Kade must have carried you inside. You look at the time and see it's only been an hour. You couldn't sleep knowing that your baby was in the hospital all alone. You get up and start getting changed being careful not to make much noise. You decided to walk to the hospital to go see her.

Once you get there you go up to the front desk.

"Hi am i allowed to see y/n y/l/n yet?" you asked the lady.

"She's still sleeping right now but you can go sit with her if you'd like." She told you what room number and you were practically sprinting down the hallway.

You came to her room and slowly walked in. You saw her laying on the bed with multiple IV's, stitches on her forehead and her shoulder was wrapped up from surgery. She looked so lifeless it broke your heart. You slowly walked over to her bed and sat in a chair next to her holding her hand. You felt a few tears slip down your cheeks.

More time must have passed than you realized because your phone was blowing up with messages from Kade.

'Where are you???'
'Nathan seriously where'd you go?!!'
'You're scaring me please answer!!'
'NATHAN!'
'Please'
'Just tell me where you are'

You totally forgot to leave Kade a note and tell him where you were going but that wasn't your main focus at the moment so you just sent a quick reply to him.

'where do you think?'

"Nathan..."

YOUR POV

You slowly opened your eyes and saw Nathan sitting next to you looking down at his phone. You tried to call his name but your throat hurt.

"Nathan" You managed to get out.

He instantly looked up at you and jumped up from his chair.

"y/n! thank god you're awake! You had me worried sick!"

Your whole body was in pain and you felt like you got run over by something.

"It hurts" you winced.

"where does it hurt baby?" he looked at you from with a very worried face.

"everywhere" you tried not to move too much.

"ill go get the doctor ill be right back." He ran out of the room.

A few minutes later he walked back in with the doctor behind him.

"Hi y/n i'm doctor Young. I hear you're in a little pain right now?" He asked.

All you could do was nod your head.

"Alright so i'm going to give you some pain meds and then you should be able to go home soon ok?" He told you. He gave you some medication and then left the room.

"Nathan Speiser i am going to kill you." You looked up at the door and Kade was standing there with a very relieved look on his face.

"why what happened?" You asked curious.

"He tried to stay here all night and i made him go home and sleep and when i woke up he was gone." He looked at Nathan very annoyed.

"Nathan! You can't just leave and not tell him!" You whacked him with your good arm.

"Well can we get out of here now please i just want to go home." You pleaded.

"Of course. Your clothes are already in the bathroom for you." He told you.

You sat up and swung your legs over the edge of the bed. Even doing that hurt and you winced a little.

"Here we got you." Both of them came over and you wrapped you arms around their shoulders to stand up and walk.

"You think you can get changed by yourself?" Nathan asked you.

"Yeah i got it." You shut the door behind you.

Once you were done changing you walked out of the bathroom and immediately got scooped up into nathan's arms.

"Kade already filled out the paperwork for you. But until we get home i don't want you walking anywhere or using your bad shoulder until you're better."

"Fine but at least stay and watch movies with me if i can't do anything." You told him.

He kissed you on the forehead.
"Anything for my baby girl."
