Kade Speiser: Sea Urchins

Everyone was in the van on our way to the beach for a Team 10 beach day. We haven't really had time recently to all hang out together as one big group without someone missing.

Kade was driving the Team 10 van and you were sitting in the passenger seat next to him. He reached over and put his hand on your thigh.

"I bet you look even sexier in that bathing suit" he whispered in your ear so no one else could hear. You blushed and felt your face turning red.

"Kade don't do this to me here everyone else is watching." You whispered back at him.

"Fine. Well you know what's waiting for you when we get home." He winked.

After what felt like forever, you finally pull up to the beach and everyone hops out. You grab your bag and sunglasses and grab Kades hand and walk down to the water.

You set up your beach blanket and dug the umbrella into the sand.

"Cmon y/n get in the water we're waiting for you!" You look out and see Chance, Tessa, Anthony and Tristan throwing around a ball waiting to start their game.

"I'm coming!" You yell back.

You walk over to where Kade is. "Hey i'm gonna go in the water for a bit ok?"

"Yeah for sure i'm gonna be up here doing  a little photoshoot." He grabs his camera and starts taking pictures of everyone else.

You run into the water which was a bit too cold for your liking and started messing around in the water with your friends. You were doing chicken fights for a bit and the teams were Chance and Tessa VS you and Anthony with Tristan being the referee.

Afterwards you decided to swim a bit farther out to the coral reefs and see if you could see any cool fish. The bottom was too deep for you to touch but the rocks were high enough that you could walk on them. You were walking across the rocks to go to where everyone else was standing and when you put your foot down you realize that you stepped on something as sharp as glass and it goes into the side of your foot. You let out an ear piercing scream which grabs the attention of everyone in the water and they swim towards you as fast as they can. You look down and see blood spreading throughout the water next to your foot and you realize how bad it was.

You were half screaming half crying when everyone finally reached you.

"y/n what happened what's going on?!" Tessa asked scared.

"Why is there so much blood in the water!" Anthony said coming closer to you.

"M-my foot i-i cut it re-really badly" You were so scared you couldn't move fearing it would hurt you again.

"Oh shit, ok Tristan come help me we're going to have to swim her up to the shore." Chance told him while coming over to grab you.

The two of them carry you up toward the beach where everyone else had no idea what was happening.

Anthony and Tessa were swimming next to you when Tessa came and held your hand.

"Y/n it's gonna be ok hun i promise." she tried to reassure you.

"I-i want Kade." You buried your face into Tristan's chest while they carried you.

"I know we're almost to the beach just hang in there kid." Chance said soothingly to try to get you to calm down.

You got closer to the beach and people started to notice what was going on.

"Oh my god what happened?!" Erika screamed running toward you which caught Kade's attention and he instantly dropped what he was doing and ran over as fast as he could.

"She cut her foot on something on the rocks it's pretty bad" Anthony told everyone coming out of the water.

Tristan and Chance carried you to your beach towel out of the sun and layed you down.

"Baby it's ok i'm right here you're going to be fine i promise. Don't look at it just look right at me." Kade said taking your hand in his and wiping away your tears.

He took off his shirt and quickly wrapped it around your foot trying to stop the bleeding. Instantly you could see blood soaking through the shirt and that's when you realized how bad it was. 

There was a bug crowd of people around you now curious as to what was going on.

"Kade it hurts so much." You were breathing heavier now more aware of the pain in your foot.

"Kade you sit with her and try to get her to calm down and ill hold the shirt here." Jake said coming over to you.

"Ok thanks bro." Kade came closer to your head and was trying to get you to stop crying.

"Shhhhh baby you're alright. We got you now." He pushed the hair away from you face and rubbed your back.

Suddenly the beach lifeguards came through and tried to help. They wrapped up your foot very nicely and told you to go to the hospital and get it checked out.

"It's going to be ok y/n i promise. I won't leave your side." Kade held your hand.

He picked you up carefully and  started walking to the Team 10 van and you cuddled your face into his chest.

"Thank you." You half whispered hoping he could hear you.

"You're welcome baby girl. You know i'll always be there to help you."
