27 {} Stupid Rebels Ruin Everything

SUNLIGHT PEEKED THROUGH THE WINDOWS AS I OPENED MY EYES TO A BRAND NEW DAY. Autumn and Crystal were running around the room and Indigo was somewhere in the closet. " Guys? " I said out loud, a bit groggily. " Annabelle! " Autumn said surprised, and not in a good way. " What are you doing up so early? " She asked me and I looked at the wall clock. 5:00. " I have no idea " I said out loud and she nodded and continued to do whatever she was doing. " Annabelle " Indigo said and I looked up at her. " Yeah? " I said and she smiled sheepishly at me " We left an outfit for you in the closet " She said and started to walk away. " Wait, where are you going? " I asked her and she replied before leaving with the rest of the girls. " To finish your dress silly " I stood up and went to the closet to find a beautiful creme coloured dress with pink and grey beading and gray pumps at the side. I slowly walked over to the dress and put it on. I suddenly felt like I was back home, getting dressed for a brand new day, except that I wasn't wearing designer clothes at the time. It felt nice dressing myself, most of the time, Autumn or Crystal would help me with the dress and Indigo would help me with the zipper. It felt like I was better than them, which isn't true at all. Now, I feel like me. A regular person, well almost. I placed the gray pumps on and headed to the washroom. Indigo laid out all her makeup on the large counter for me to take I guess. Honestly I don't even know how she does it, looking at all the makeup makes me dizzy and intimidated. I take the black tube and read the label Black Eyeliner. " This seems easy enough " I mumbled to myself as I opened the cap. Guess what? I was wrong. I at least tried to line my eyes about twenty times. I messed up each time. I finally quit and washed off the black jell off my eyelids and grabbed a tube that read Mascara. " This I know how to do " I said to myself and applied some to the ends of my eyelashes. Indigo taught me how to put on mascara when I first came, thankfully, it wasn't a lost cause. After I was done, I put on some pink powder and applied it to my cheeks and put on tinted lip balm, I was never a fan of lip gloss. After I was done, and looking like a clown, I got out of the washroom and sat on my bed, bored. I sat there for about ten minutes then looked outside. Laia. Maybe she was there. I swiftly got up and started making my way to the gardens. As I got there I heard a familiar voice " Anna " Andrew called out and I turned around reluctantly. " What are you doing here so early? " He asked me while hugging me and I returned the favour. " Just, getting a bit of fresh air " I say, coming up with an excuse. " Oh okay " He said and patted the seat next to him on the bench. I sat beside him and placed my head on his shoulder. " So.. " I began. Things had gotten really awkward between me and Andrew. After he told me that he was leaving I guess a part of me shut down, like my fathers death. And that was an experience that I do not, want to look back on. The thing is, that ever since my fathers death, I have been knowing when bad things are going to happen. I have that awful feeling at the pit of my stomach that makes me want to cry and scream at the same time. " Annabelle, is everything okay? " Andrew asked me curiously. No. It hasn't for a while. " Yeah " I lied through gritted teeth and plastered a fake smile on my face. Hopefully, Andrew wont tell that its fake, hopefully. " Anna " he said and I stood up, and faced him. " I'm fine Andrew. Really. I wouldn't lie to you " I told him and he smiled at me. " Alright.. " He said, his words hanging in the air. I could tell that we were going to get back on this subject. " I need to go pack " He says standing up and I nod slowly. He takes a few steps before turning around. " I think I may want a kiss goodbye " He smirks and I roll my eyes, walking to him " Shut up Andrew " I said smiling before starting to lean in. We were inches apart when a voice cleared its throat. " Prince Andrew, your father requests your presence " A guard says and we pull apart. Andrew sighs deeply and nods his head before looking my way. I gave him a small smile and nudged him to the garden door. After he walked away with the guard I sighed and made my way to the great dining room, it was probably time. As I got there I found only Trinity there already. " Hey " I told her and her head turned my direction. " Annabelle " She said and I sat next to her. " Did you hear about the New Asia trip? " I asked her and she nodded glumly. " Maxon told me. " we both stayed quiet after that. This was a touchy subject to me and probably to her too. I opened my mouth to say something when all the girls started coming in, including Lela, and they didn't seem very happy. They all glared at us, except Lela of course but she was close enough. Lela sat next to Marlee and ignored us the entire time, which made me and Trinity very worried and curious. After about ten minutes, the Queen and King arrived with Maxon and Andrew trailing behind. At first, there was a lot of uncomfortable silence. Instead of the usual chatter among the girls, everyone was oddly silence. It was Celeste who broke silence first, in a... desperate way. " Why did Trinity and Annabelle go to the ball? " Celeste whined angrily. Honestly this wasn't a surprise to me, I knew Kriss would tell people but Trinity, not knowing that Kriss knew, was shocked and embarrassed, which made Celeste even more smug. Queen Amberly choked on her juice before replying " What? " Celeste rolled her eyes and asked Queen Amberly again " Why did Trinity and Annabelle go to the ball? Its unfair that they get to go and not us. Unless you're giving them special treatment " Celeste pressed and accused Queen Amberly, which made her all the more mad " Well Celeste, ask me again when you have more than twenty Princesses and Princes from all around the world asking to meet you. " Queen Amberly said angrily and everyone went silent. " I told you she wouldn't listen " Kriss mumbled to Celeste and the Queen raised and eyebrow. " What was that Kriss? " She asked Kriss and she went silent. " I thought so " the Queen said and left the room storming. Everyone was dead silent and if looks could kill, me and Trinit would have been dead by now. After the whole drama, me and Trinity went to our rooms. We had about thirty minutes before going to the woman's room and practicing our presentations for the Report. As I entered my room , I saw my maids mumbling something while hovering over my bed " Hi " I said and they all turned around with smiles on their faces " Anna! Were so glad you're back! " Autumn said and I raised an eyebrow. " What did you three do? " I asked them and they burst into a fit of giggles. " We finished your dress for the Report! " Indigo said enthusiastically and they all moved apart from the bed, revealing a white and light blue gown. " Wow " I breathed as I got closer to the bed. The dress was light blue, it singed at the waist so all the tool from the bottom part of the dress fluttered and spread out like a cupcake. The top part had a white, lacy net over it that had a boat neck line. " I love it! Finally I'm going to be able to walk in a dress " I exclaimed happily and Crystal looked at me " This is your presentation dress Anna, your Report dress is way, way prettier! " Crystal said and I groaned. " Why? " I said and indigo giggled at my groan " Because you need to look dazzling " Crystal said and made arm gestures when she said dazzling. " Ugh, you guys sound like Celeste " I said and we all laughed. " Here are your accessories " Indigo said, coming out of the closet. She held up a diamond barrette and silver sparkly heels. " Sparkles? You know I hate sparkles. " I told her and she smiled " Oh shush, you know you love it " She told me and I rolled my eyes. Suddenly, the glass doors from the balcony shattered and we all shrieked. Glass went flying everywhere and I went down, just as a rock fell next to me. I picked it up and unwrapped the paper that was wrapped with it. As i read the paper, my eyes watered.

Okay, im soooooooooooooooooooooooooo super sorry for the late update! I was going to post yesterday but Wattpad delete all my writing!! Anyways, only two chapters left!!!! On my god, I'm so excited and sad at the same time. Thanks for all the reads!! You guys are extremely awesome!! Love you guys!! Byeeeeee
