Chaper 2- Uh Oh

(Charles' POV)

When we got home from the mall, the girls and Chico practically tackled CJ. Oh yea, CJ stands for Charles Junior. "No MarMar!" CJ yelled. "Zoey, Chico and Marley! Get off or CJ right now!" Alli said in a mean voice. The girls and Chico obeyed Alli and got off CJ. "Alli, call your parents to invite them over for dinner!" I said. "Ok!" Alli said picking up the phone and dialling the phone number. "I'll go get CJ ready to go in the pool. C'mon C-ge." I said bringing him into his room.

CJ got in his SpongeBob swimming suit and I got on my swimming suit and we got in the pool. CJ has taken swimming lessons since last year, when he was 3. The kids a natural. CJ did a cannonball into the pool. Then he splashed up. Alli walked onto the pool deck.

"Char, my parents are coming, so is Justin, your parents and Melissa. My family and your family is coming so we are having a big family dinner! Woohoo!" Alli was clearly excited. "Ok babe!" I said. "Well, I'll go make you boys a snack! Have fun." She said and then walked back into the house.

CJ popped out of the water. "BOOOO!" He screamed. I jumped. He kind of scared me. His goggles squished his face. I laughed. "Do the motorboat Daddy! Do the motorboat." CJ screamed. "Ok buddy. Close your eyes!" I said. I went underwater and went behind him. I swam under him and got him on my back. Then I popped out of the water. I swam around with him on my back. He squealed.

"Ok bud, we've been in the pool for a few hours now! We better get out now!" I said. We got out of the pool. It was almost 4:30, so I took CJ to get changed into some new clothes. Alli had done his laundry so all his new clothes were washed. I got him dressed into a purple and white button up plaid shirt and some cream colored shorts, I combed his hair. He looked so cute.

(Alli's POV)

I started to make dinner. We have A LOT of people coming tonight. CJ came running in the room. "Mommy, can you make worms?" CJ said. He meant spaghetti. It's his favourite food. He loves it, just like Avia, ShayCarls daughter. He calls it worms because, you know, spaghetti looks like worms. "Sure sweetie." I laughed. "Dad is outside on this skateboard, you can go get your scooter and meet him!" I said. "Ya! I wanna go see daddy!" CJ said in his excited voice. It was a perfect summer night.

(CJ's POV)

I ran to my room to get my new shoes mommy just bought me today. Daddy was outside so I was going to play with him! I grabbed my new shoes and ran to mommy. I like to run.

"Hey sweetie, you got your new Converse! Here, let me put on your pads!" Mommy said. She put on my knee pads, my elbow pads and my helmet. She makes me wear pads because when last year I hurt my arm. Mommy took me to the garage to get my Cars scooter. McQueen is on it! I got on it and chased daddy on the side of the road.

"DADDY DADDY! DADDY!" I screamed chasing him. All of the sudden I felt my self fall onto the ground. My knee really hurt. All I could do was cry.

(Charles' POV)

I hear my 4 year old son start to cry behind me. I spun around and ran over to him. He was lying in the ground with tears running down his face. "CJ!" I heard Alli scream from the window. I picked him up. "CJ! What happened buddy?" I asked him. "I-I f-ell!" CJ cried. "CJ baby! Are you ok?" Alli asked hugging him. "Yeah." He said calming down. "Ok! You scared us C!" I said. "Sorry! LETS RIDE!" CJ said. I guess it just really scared him. I'm glad he's fine. Good thing he's wearing his pads!

CJ chased me down the street. We rode until 5:15, when Melissa pulled up beside us. "C-Man! What's up bud?" She asked. "Hey Aunt Melissa! Good! Did you bring Ty?" he asked her. "Sorry buddy, Ty is at the vet! He's not feeling very good!" Melissa said. Melissa pulled into the drive way, and CJ followed her. He loves his Aunt Melissa.

(Alli's POV)

I put the pasta into the pot, and I hear the door open. "MOMMY! AUNT MELISSA'S HERE!" CJ yelled. "Hey Mel!" I called. "Hey Al!" She said walking into the kitchen carrying CJ. He had a huge smile on his face. Then Charles walked though the door. Then so did his parents, my parents and Justin. "Hey guys!" I said.

Dinner was cooking and CJ, Melissa and Justin were watching Arthur. Charles and his parents and my partners were siting at the table talking about YouTube. "DINNER IS READY!" I called.
