Levi and Animals...

I was walking home with Eren, Mikasa, and Armin today. I didn't want to lose my relationship with any of them just because I found myself in a new one. That would be uncool as fuck.

"How's Levi in bed?" Armin asked teasingly, "I bet he's a clean freak the whole time."

"Don't ask her that," Eren shoved him playfully, "Mac is obviously still a virgin. I know my cousin and she would definitely be acting different if Levi stuck his dick in her hole."

I shivered, "Never say it like that again. That was gross as hell. You sounded like an old pervert."

Eren kept smiling. I could tell that our meeting with Erwin had shaken him a little. I get scared of Eyebrows sometimes, but Levi told me that he was nothing to worry about. Mikasa and Armin apparently knew about the whole thing, but didn't go with Eren to see Hange. They did, however hear the meeting. I had a Skype audio call going in order to keep them informed.

I kept walking when something caught my eye. It was a cardboard box. I got closer to see a black kitten inside of it. I squealed excitedly. It was so cute!

"You want it, don't you?" Eren mused, "Your mom is allergic to cats and dogs and Mikasa and my apartment doesn't allow pets. What are you going to do?"

I looked at the kitten. I asked Levi if he ever wanted pets before.

"Levi," I smiled, petting someone's dog at the park, "Have you ever wanted a pet?"

"If you are trying to coax me into getting you a dog, it's not going to fucking happen. Dogs smell like shit and are dirty as hell," Levi shuddered, "It would be hell on my carpets."

I frowned, letting the owner and their dog leave. I wrapped around Levi's arm and sighed.

"Stop pouting," Levi poked my cheek, "I'll buy you a fish if you want."

I scrunched up my nose, "I want something that I can play with and cuddle with."

Levi smirked, "So I no longer satisfy you?"

An idea popped into my head, "I mean maybe I could dress you up like a cat. You're not nice enough to be a dog."

"Cats aren't that bad," Levi thought aloud.

"I'll just ask Levi," I replied, picking up the kitten and wrapping it in the blanket in the box, "He'll be all over it."

"I'm against it," Levi said as soon as he saw me with the kitten, "Hell no. Go return it and get it away from my house. Actually, let me grab gloves and a mask and I'll take it back for you. It probably has diseases."

I cuddled the kitten, earning a cute pur from it. I tried my best at puppy dog eyes, pleading for Levi to keep it.

"Please, Leeeeeeeeeeeeviiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii? I loooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooove you," I whined.

Levi's gaze softened slightly, "I dunno if I'll keep it, but we can take it to the vet. I'll call Hange and have them take us."

Hange arrived ten minutes later, "Why hello there, McKenzie."

Levi shot Hange a death glare, earning a slight yelp from them. Levi smirked, "We need you to take us to the vet. We're going to get this cat checked out. It's going to stay at the base until we find a place for it."

Hange's glasses shined, "So you called me here to help you help McKenzie, I presume?"

Levi growled, "Shut up, Shitty Glasses. I can do anything myself. I just didn't want an unknown animal in my car. I already let Eren in once. Do you know how many times I cleaned my car after that? Twenty, Hange, twenty fucking times. If that cat comes into my car, I'll have to clean it another twenty times and then an additional twenty times just to make sure the deed was done."
