"Hey Rose, do you- I don't know- wanna go out maybe?" George asked nervously as he messed with his hair.
"Oh. Sure," I responded casually, and he seemed to get a bit more confident. We walked out of the studio together, and went to a nice little restaurant down the street. It wasn't too fancy, and I was thankful for that. I was not dressed to impress.
"You look really nice, tonight," George said, and I covered my mouth with my hand to keep from laughing. George stared at me like I was speaking Chinese.
"What?" He asked, obviously was oblivious to why I was laughing.
"I'm sorry, isn't that a bit cliche?" I asked, and George laughed. It was nice to see him let go a bit. He was always so stressed out.
"I guess it is," he said, and we both laughed really hard. By the time the waiter came, I had tears streaming down my face from laughing.
"I've actually had a great time," I said, and George smirked at me. It made my insides melt.
"You didn't think you would?" He asked as we walked down the street.
"That's not what I meant- I meant- I was trying to say-" I stuttered, and when I turned, George was snickering.
I punched him lightly in the shoulder, "Goddamn you, George Harrison!" I yelled, which only caused more laughing fits from him. He suddenly grabbed my hand, and we walked home like that.
"Hey, now I can say you came home with me, eh?" He said, and winked at me as he was opening the door.
"Shut up, Georgie," I said, and he grimaced.
"You too?" He asked, and I smiled. "You're quite annoying," he said, and I dramatically gasped.
"Me? Annoying?" I said, and he nodded.
"Quite. Well I'm off to bed," he said, and I nodded. I changed back into his oversized T-Shirt and laid on the couch. It got very cold, and I couldn't sleep.
I quietly opened the door to George's room, and he stirred.
"Hello?" He called out, and I stayed at the door.
"It's just me, George," I said, and he sat up.
"Rose? What's wrong?" He asked, and I twirled with my hair.
"I'm just... cold, never mind, this was stupid. I'm sorry," I said, and began to walk away.
"Wait, hold on a minute. Do you want to sleep in here?" He asked, and I played with the bottom of my shirt.
"Would that be okay?" I asked, I already felt like I was asking too much. He just patted the empty space in the bed next to him as his reply. I hopped in, and we laid together on our backs for awhile, just looking at the ceiling.
"Do you think there are other things out there? In the universe, I mean," he asked, and I scrunched up my nose thinking.
"I've never really thought too much about it. I guess there's no way to really tell. Why?" I responded, and he shrugged in the dark.
"I've always been so interested in the stars. Wondering what's out there, searching for an answer," he said, and I found that interesting. He was infatuated with so many things. He always seemed so wise, but in reality, even the quiet George Harrison had questions.
"Wanna shag?" He asked, and I blushed, "I'm kidding," he follows up, which made me hit him in the shoulder, only to cause more laughing fits from George.
Suddenly, he pulled me closer and I laid my head on his chest. I was addicted to the way he smelled, and his smile.
That damn smile.
It could melt my heart a thousand times. I went to sleep dreaming of the way me and my parents all were before. I woke up sobbing, and I sat up. It was storming outside, and it made my heart only feel that much heavier.
"Rose?" George called out, and I suddenly felt bad for waking him.
"I'm so sorry. I didn't mean to wake you," I cried, and George embraced me.
"Shhh, it's okay. What's wrong?" He asked, and I took deep breaths.
"I just had a bad dream," I said, and he nodded. Thankfully, he didn't ask me about it, because I didn't feel much like talking. We went back to sleep, and this time I dreamt of nothing.
Absolutely nothing.

It's so weird to write chapters this long. And I know I'm gonna get scolded for saying this, but I'm sorry if this sucks, dude.
