Early Fall Niall & Monika

The leaves danced along the sidewalk as you made your way towards the coffee shop. It was the middle of autum it was early morning. Taking out your camera quickly taking a few pictures taking in the large city as the cars and people walked by. Glancing down at your watch it was half past eight knowing as soon as you got your coffee and doughnut you had to scurry back to the hotel. It was a weekend getaway with some of your class mates and teachers. Only a few select students were selected to come along. Quickly pulling the door open you walked inside the warm coffee shop as the smell made you hungry. There was only a short line meaning that it wouldn't take you long to return only two blocks. Of course you were craving but it was four more blocks away. Knowing that you we're more likely not to make it back from there you settled on this little coffee shop. Pulling out your money you stepped up placing your order for a hot coco and blueberry muffin. Stepping to the side for a brisk moment you heard commotion outside while a group of photographers were chasing after someone. The cashier handed your order to you as you walked towards the door. Opening the door a slight bit to see if the people were gone the wind took it from you. Turning around to grab the door it was late when it slammed into someone. " I am so sorry, the wind just took it " you said shocked placing your things on the window ledge. The other person wipes his nose a bit. The wind picked up a tiny bite blowing the person's blonde hair " It's alright I wasn't watching where i was going" he says moving to the side. " I'm sorry but I have to be back at my hotel" you say picking up your food.

His shoulders dropped and the slight smile vanished when you said that. Turning around you started walking away when he called out. " Hey, not to sound weird but later would you wanna get some coffee with me" he asks checking out the place. " I don't know, i'm here for the weekend with some classmates" you say waiting as he caught up with you. " It's totally fine if you don't" he says sticking his inside his pockets swaying. " About what time" you ask as the smile reappeared . " I was thinking after dinner like 8" he asks. " Sure, i think i can " you say as he fiddles with his phone. " I'm niall " he says offering his hand. " Well niall i'm monika" you say wrapping him up in a giant hug. His huge frame towering over you blocking you from the wind. " I'll see you later at eight, if you want we can share pictures" he says biting his lip. " Sure i'd love to, i have so many , i didn't know many guy's that are into photography" you say. " Let's just say I get to travel alot" he says smiling. " Is that so, i'll catch you later" you say turning around. " Till then Monika" he says smiling as he heads into the coffee shop.

Looking over at the clock as you shuffle through your luggage to find something to wear. Everyone in your group was going out for a bit while you told them you would hang out and stay in. Picking out a light blue shirt and jeans you quickly tossed them on. Making sure your cellphone was charged as you placed it in your back pocket. Grabbing your camera you were out the door. Ten minutes later you shuffled into the coffee shop noticing no one was inside before taking a seat in the back corner. Taking out your camera you scrolled through your pictured from before as you heard something click. Looking up harry placed your coffee on the table along with a blueberry muffin before he took of his coat. He almost hit the light above when he sat down. Laughing he held the light still for a moment before mumbling about it burning him. Reaching out you took a baby wipe from your purse wiping his hand with it. He watches you smiling the whole time not saying a word. " So what brings you to the big apple' you ask him. " Well i'm in a band and we have a concert coming up in a few days" he says. " Cool, have you been here before " you ask. " I have once but we didn't have time to ourselves more like touch and go . Of course you knew which band he was from because your friends couldn't help but play their music around you alot .

Wrapping your hands around your cup you studied his face as the bell on the door rang. " So what are the others doing" you ask. " Well lou is out with el, liam is skyping danielle, zayn is talking to perrie and harry is asleep" he says. " You are a fan, i cannot believe you're not freaking out" he says. " I am, I'm acting cool on the outside my inner self is like bursting with energy" you say showing him your hand it was twitching. He reaches across to hold your hand in his one it felt perfect. " So how long have you been taking pictures" he asks. " About two year's i have a bunch at home in a binder" you say " cool, i started last tour i kinda want to hold onto the memories" he says. " I understand it must be cool to be on tour" you say. " Some times, other times it's hectic" he says taking out his camera. " Are you going to turn it into a photo album " you ask him. " Not sure yet but i'll keep them in order " he says. " Here you can look through mine" you say handing him your camera. He took yours it looked funny your tiny camera in his giant but gentle hands. Both of you would laugh at some then keep clicking.

Glancing up every now and then he was smiling at your pictures. Some of them were mind blowing to him as you heard a click you looked up. niall sat across from you with that famous smirk on his face. " You just took a picture didn't you" you say. " No" he says looking away outside quickly you took a picture using his camera. It was just the side of his face but it still held that smirk. " Un fair " he says turning back towards you sticking out his tongue. " Maybe your face will freeze like that" you say watching his reaction. He smiles at you laying your camera on the table shutting it off. " I hope not" he says as you shut his off laying it next to yours. " What shall we do now' you ask glancing at the time it was nearly nine thirty. " what time do you have to be back by" he asks. " eleven the latest" you say gathering your things. " How about we go for a strole, we can talk more' he says. " sure" you say getting up putting on your jacket . He holds the door open for you as you head towards central park. He reaches over taking your hand in his again " I don't want any strangers to get you" he says

He gently pulls you into his side as the wind whips through the trees along side. " wheres your next stop" you ask him making small talk. " Germany, but that's next week" he says as a couple approach you. "NIALLER " louis shouts as the young lady next to him smiles at you. " BOO BEAR" niall says high fiving him like always. " Monika this is Eleanor" louis says introducing you. " Just call me el" she says offering a hug as the boys talk. " I'm sorry if we interrupted you " el says . " It's totally fine we were just out walking" you say as the boys follow on either side. " How long are you here for' el asks. " Just the weekend, but i wish longer' you say. " I know, maybe tomorrow night you can hang with us all we're having a movie night in" el says. " Sure, what time " you ask. " Whenever we're all just chilling inside, no pap's " el says. Soon you make your way to your hotel saying goodbye to everyone. Louis gathers you in a giant bear hug telling you to have a wonderful night. El gives you a hug apposing for his behavior. They walk back leaving just you and harry as he runs his hands through his hair. Stepping towards him you lean up kissing him on the cheek. " Night niall , see you tomorrow " you say taking a step back. " wait monika" he says spinning you around leaning down placing a light kiss on your lips. " Now that's a proper way to say good night" he says before walking off towards his hotel.

"Mummy can you tell it again i love hearing how you and daddy met" Your six year old daughter asks. " I'm afraid not pumpkin" niall say's from the door way holding onto your son that was fast asleep in his arms. " But daddy" she says giving him the puppy dog face uncle louis has taught her. " No Arielle " he says laying your son connor down in his bed. " You need to sleep ari" you say slowly getting up as niall helped you. ' Fine good nigh mum, dad" she says as you shut off the light. " I'm surprised you didn't write it all down, i would of forgot all the details "niall says walking towards your bedroom. " Maybe i do, " you say rubbing your baby bump. " I'm not going to snoop around" he says helping you into bed " Night niall" you say getting comfy. " Night mon, night Collin " he says kissing your bump then your lips.
