Wedding Date - Zayn

The date of your cousins wedding was fast approaching less then a week away. Currently you were at home in your bedroom trying to pick out an outfit. Looking at all of them you turned around grabbing your phone calling your cousin. " Lexi, will you go shopping with me" you ask shoving everything back inside the closet. It went silent on the line for a few minutes before she spoke " Of course, i'll be over in fifteen" she says before hanging up . Quickly changing outfits and grabbing your coat heading for the front door. Slipping on a pair of boot's your phone goes off. Taking it out of your pocket you read the message " Zayn Malik from one direction goes mia" the text was from one of your friends from school. Typing back just as lexi pulled into the driveway. Shutting the house door you slipped into her car heading to the mall.

" I'm so sorry i know you're busy with all the wedding stuff" you say as lexi drives. " It's totally fine i need a break, hunter is off with his pal's so it's perfect timing" she says turning on the radio as new's of zayns disappearance filled the car. Lexi turned to look at you knowing that you love one direction. She smiles just as little thing's came on the radio she sings along with you. Moment's later you pull into a very empty mall parking lot. Glancing down at the clock knowing that the dinner rush was over. It was getting pretty late as both of you climbed out heading inside.

The inside of it was completely empty besides some older folks mall walking. The first stop you both made was to forever 21 where both of you picked out a few items. Then onto hot topic where you bought some shirts along with bracelets. Both of you were zooming around when you spotted the perfect dress. Grabbing lexi's hand you dragged her inside to the dress. Once trying it on you knew it was the perfect one. It looks like a dress from one of the disney movies the princess's would wear. Checking out you headed out toward's the exit when you collided with some one. Lexi was right behind you she saw the person grinning from ear to ear. " I'm so sorry you said to the young man". " It's quite alright,,,lexi ? " the mystery boy asks

Taking the dress along with the other bag's you made your way outside the store. Finding a bench you sat down checking your phone for messages. Replying to a few you were to busy to notice lexi sit down next to you. She was smiling ear to ear as she turn to you placing your phone back inside your pocket. Moment's later both of you gathered your bag's heading to her car. Once on the road again she spotted a mighty taco pulling inside the parking lot. Following her she ordered a mighty pack so each of you could slpit three taco's and bag's of nacho's. Knowing that she probably had some exciting new's you dug in as she smiles at you.

" I found you a date to my wedding" she says wiping away nacho cheese from her cheek. Grabbing your phone as it buzzed showing yet another message about zayn's missing. Reading it you noticed that he has been spotted not far from here. Getting a better look at the picture he was wearing the same jacket as the man you bumped into at the mall. Thinking nothing of it you shut of your phone. Finishing up both of you headed back outside into her car once again.

" Who " you ask as she pull's into your driveway as you gather your bags. " You'll have to wait" she smirks smiling at you. " But you know i'm not patience" you admit opening the door. " The week will fly by" she says " I hope , i'll see you thank you for coming with me" you say. " You're welcome , i can't wait " she says backing down your driveway. Opening the front door you headed to your bedroom to put your stuff away.

Before you knew it you were getting dressed for the wedding. Slipping on the dress you made your way downstairs to get your mom's advice. Reaching the last step the doorbell rang you quickly pulled the door open. Standing in front of you was the same boy you ran into at the mall. This time you noticed he wasn't wearing sunglasses that hid his brown eyes. His hair was slicked back instead of a quiff. He was wearing a suit that matched you purple dress. Taking a step back you let him in as your jaw almost hit the floor. Standing infront of you was Zayn malik from one direction. Trying not to freak out you lead him to your kitchen getting him something to drink while you waited.

Soon enough you parent's came out dressed as your mom noticed zayn she froze. Noticing this you walked over to her pulling her aside away from zayn. " It's perfect babe" she say's of your dress before checking the time. " we should get going, it will take us awhile" she says . Grabbing your purse as zayn waited at the base of the stair's. Once you reached him he stuck out his elbow as you took it. You were besides yourself as you all climbed inside your parent's car.

The ride went pretty fast with the little chatter between your parents and zayn. Staying quiet you found out why he was here hunter is a family friend of zayn's. Thinking for a brief moment you figured the boy's have a few day's off of touring. That's why zayn went missing so he could attend the wedding without interruptions. Smiling to yourself you all pilled out heading inside the church. Zayn sat next to you holding onto your hands stroking the back with his thumb. He was humming something you couldn't make out. Soon enough lexi and hunter exchanged vows.

Thirty minutes later everyone was at the reception enjoying themselves. It was getting pretty late when zayn asks you to dance. You nod your head slipping off your heel's that have warn a blister on your heal. Zayn lead you out onto the dance floor gently placing his arm's around your waist. You snuggled into his embrace as he twirled you around the floor. Gently you stepped onto his feet as he slow danced with you. He leaned down to kiss you on your cheek when lexi called your name. Causing your lips to brush aginst his for a brief moment. Lexi snapped a picture before walking away. Blushing you looked up at zayn " I wouldn't mind doing that again" he said before placing his lips on yours. " Join me on tour" he asks moment's later as you slow dance the night away.
