Green eyes that pierce your soul
They go deep with the stories they hold
There's more to her that meets the eye
It's inside that the real her lies
I've seen the good and the bad
Her happy and her sad
On the outside a pretty smile
Inside she's been lost for a while
She's been through so much pain
She might say she's fine but the truth remains
If I could save her I would, put her pain with mine
I'd take it all from her in the blink of an eye
Honestly I think she deserves the best
I've met a lot of people but she's different from the rest
