Rain on the window

I wake up to an unfamiliar ceiling. I sit up and see my father and Chase passed out on two chairs. My dad then lets out a loud snore, waking up Chase. He then hops up from his chair and run over to me. The ruckus he made woke up my dad who in response made a even bigger ruckus. I shake my head a smile at the two dummkopfs. I had picked up a few German words since I have been here. "Are you ok, sweetheart?" My dad asks worriedly

"Yeah, I guess I didn't think that I would have to go back so soon." I answer to the two who were standing in front of me.

"Neither did we, Lil." Chase says worriedly. I then spend the rest of the day resting.

I wake up in my own bed this time. I groggily get up and wall to the kitchen. Based off what happened yesterday, it is a shocker that dad didn't make me stay with him. Chase probably put up a huge fight, that guy is a Dummkopf. I get a bowl down from the cabinet and fixed me a bowl of cereal. Chase then walks in and give me a sloppy kiss on the cheek. "WHAT WAS THAT FOR?!" I yell at him while wiping his saliva off my cheek.
"Because I thought I lost you yesterday. I was scared." He replies.
"That's sweet but doesn't explain your reason." I say to him.
"I just wanted to make sure you know that I love you Lily." He answers.
"I love you too, bubs." I replied.
"When do you leave?" He asks me.
"10 am." I answer. His face falls, he then picks it back up and nods his head.
"OK, I will be in training. I am sorry that I won't be here to send you off." He says sadly. I nod my head and continue eating my food. "I have to go now. Once again, I am so sorry." He says then runs over and gives me a hug before leaving.

It's now 9:45 and I am sitting at the departure building. My dad and his team of recruits then come walking up. I look at my dad with a confused expression, he returns it with a knowingly smirk. I stand up when they reach where I was sitting. "Dad? What are you all doing here?" I ask him.
"Well, I convinced my superior that it would be smarter to train the newbies in America. So, we all are coming to America with you." He replies. I then drop my bag out of shock. My dad chuckles and picks up my bag, putting it on top of his suitcase.
A few hours later the trucks pull up. We then all load up after putting in our bags. I take a seat by a window and put in my ear buds, turning on Toby mac's new CD. As I was silently sitting there, the young guy that was staring at me a few days ago comes and sits down in the aisle seat. "Hi, I am Carter." He introduces himself.
"Lily." I reply coldly. He takes that as a cue to stop talking. I then turn my attention back to the rain rolling down the window.
