Everyone was leaving Blue's party. Goth and Palette were heading to Goth's house soon along with Reboot, Button was heading home with his brother, and so on. Fell was just stealing all the snacks, un-noticed. Most skeletons there were either asking what happened to Ink or worrying about him. Dream was still missing, but nobody knew where to look for him. And they may know where to look soon. But don't count on it.
"Bro! Sans, Blue!" Stretch panted, sprinting over, exhausted. Blue raised a brow, putting his hands on his hips in a sassy manner as a balloon bounced in the air.
"Brother? What are you doing here leaving Ink alone in his time of need?" Blue tapped his foot on the floor while questioning his brother, holding a balloons string to his hip. Looking at Blue with worry, Stretch stood straight. "Wait, are you okay? You look tired and panicked.." Blue cautiously brushed his hand against his brothers cheek bone, making Stretch blush lightly. He sure is a skeletons man, wink, wink.
"I-It's Ink.. ERROR has him," Stretch's hand removed his brother's hands, and he stood up straight. Blue paled, if a skeleton could do that, and let his arms fall to his side. The balloon floated up to the ceiling and bounced once it hit it, but nobody agnolaged it. He smiled a shaky one, and Stretch rubbed the back of his skull with a shaky breath.
"W-what?" Blue's voice quivered in fear. His hands were sweating in his gloves, his smile faded, his mind was clouded with fear for his best friend. Today was supposed to be a good day. Everyone was celebrating his birthday, everything was supposed to go well. But no. Apparently some monsters didn't wish him a happy birthday. "W-here did he take him? I-I'm sure we can find him.." His hands shook, so he hid them behind his back.
"I don't know.. a void? An AU? I can't teleport to any of those, but I'm going to ask around for help." "You will not! You need rest, so I will! Someone will help me, and we'll go help Ink." Stretch started sweating. What if his brother died during this 'rescue mission'? What would he do then? "No, I don't want you getting hurt," Blue glared at him, listening to his brother as he tried to pursuade Blue to stay there.
He crossed his arms, glaring at his brother. "Papyrus. I am a grown skeleton. I can fend for myself. I don't need you babying me anynore. My friends are in danger, I NEED to help them, or at least try. You can't stop me, Papyrus." Papyrus' heart broke. Had he been babying his brother for so long that he was blind to his maturing moment? It was only to keep him safe. But that's also what all the villains say to some people. He sighed, defeated.
Nodding, he walked away, not saying another word. "Oh my stars, I need someone to help me get to the void. But I don't know who to ask..." Blue's calmness wore down and panic took over. Looking around with his eyesockets wide with fear he thought of monsters who may help him. Reboot! He could ask hi- but he already left... Fresh was there still, could he help? He seemed kinda busy with talking to somebody. That doesn't matter though, Ink's more important than a simple conversation!
"Freeesh!" Blue howled, running away in the crowd of several skeletons. His pitter patter of steps stopped, and the top of Fresh's eyesockets arched.
"Keep the noise down, would ya!? I'm trying to take food!" Underfell Sans growled at them, and Blue said to him, "Shut up." Fresh was looking at Blue terrified from his demonic tone of voice, a thick eyebrow raised above his shades that read [WH]-[AT]. He coughed awkwardly, looking at Blue in confusion.
"Okay okay okay, calm down, broksie. Let's not kill the edgy skele." Blue looked at him, trying not to flip his shit. He needed to keep it cool, and Fresh's calm(confused) face helped. He saw his panicked sad face, and froze. "Bro. Who did this?" His glasses now read, [WH]-[O?], and Blue sniffled, trying to be strong.
"ERROR has Ink! Please, take me to him to save him!" Fresh stared back at him, an 'eyebrow' raised. "Really? That un-radical demi-skele-god took our friend?" Now fully facing the short skeleton in distress, he had a hand on his hip. "Where are those totes un-radical skeletons?" His question pierced Blue's soul. Fresh was completely serious about this. He didn't fully know what was going on still.
"I don't know, but I'm sure yo- WE can find them! We'll get all the help we can get," He grinned triumphantly with his right hand in a fist. "Nah, we don't need any rad skeles helpin' us, dude! I know mah bro better than any colorful broseph," There was a light purple mist slowly starting to radiate from his shades, but Blue brushed it off. 'Bro? Are they... brothers?' Blue opened his mouth to ask, but closed it, deciding that this wasn't the time to ask.
"So where is he!?" Blue asked, worry and anticipation eating at him. Fresh smiled lightly at Blue, "His flipping un-radical void, of course." and he chuckled. "Can you take me to him now?!" Fresh nodded, frowning. "Yeah, broseph, hold on tight," Blue raised a brow, "Wh-" Fresh suddenly pulled him to his chest, holding him tight. Blue's face was showing why everyone called him blue-but darker. All of a sudden they were in the void and Blue was light headed.
"Oh stars..." He mumbled, holding his stomach. Fresh pulled away, blushing lightly. Turning around Blue puked, and Fresh looked away, disgusted by his puke. He rubbed Blue's spine, trying to be comforting to him. Blue stood up, wiping his mouth off. "Wh..ere are they, Fresh..?" They both looked around, and Fresh saw a little speck of black in the distance. He nudged Blue, pointing to the black spot, about to speak. Blue gasped, stumbling away to them, trying to run. It felt like a longer run than it was, but they made it.
"Hey!" Fresh yelled at him to wait up, and had to run after him. Once Fresh caught up to Blue, panting as though he were to die, Blue stood there. Ink and ERROR were playing with a dark blue kitten, and a dust pile sat behind Ink. 'Why is there... dust?' Blue thought, feeling scared. He looked to Ink, who smiled at him.
"INK!" Blue screamed. Ink jumped, turning around. "Blue?!" His face was shocked, and Blue smiled. The shortest skeleton leaned down to hug him, quickly averting his eyes to look at ERROR. His face was panicked, and he was sweating. "Are you okay?! Ar-" Ink shushed Blue, smiling in confusion.
"No need to fill my head with questions, Blue," Ink sighed, shaking his head with a smile. There were so many questions and thoughts racing in everyones head, they all wanted so bad to let them all spill out. "At least tell me what happened..? My lazy brother just said that ERROR took you away without warning!" Ink's face darkened after he heard Blue's statement. "What..?" Ink muttered, looking down darkly at ERROR. ERROR pet the kitten while looking at Ink nervously with a shaky lopsided smile, then he glared at Blue with a snarl. They were ruining their plan. He needed to do something.
Ink growled, pinching the brim of his nose. "ERROR, you said you changed. But you just kidnapped me! I thought you were my friend! I trusted you! I thought you really had changed!...some. You said you changed. HOW IS THAT CHANGING?!" Ink screamed at him in pure fury, glaring at him.
ERROR stood up, shrugging. "D-d-UN-O," Ink was standing infront of Blue and Fresh, Blue behind his side. They looked at Ink, worried what he'd do next. "I'll give you one more chance to change, and that's all." ERROR's breath hitched, then he sighed. He picked up a dark blue kitten, setting it aside. "F-f-InE," He shrugged his shoulders with ease.
Suddenly, blue strings went flying everywhere, and before anyone knew what was happening, Ink was unconscious again. Fresh and Blue were hanging from the ceiling upside-down. The skeleton dressed in blues head started to hurt, and he struggled. The strings just tightened, and Ink lay there helplessly on the floor. ERROR laughed at Blue's struggling.
ERROR started mumbling incoherent sentences at the kitten with a smile. Fresh growled, hat falling down onto the floor. He was suddenly gone from the strings, standing beside ERROR. Everything started to darken, and Blue tried to keep his eyesockets open. He failed, since being upside-down for so long will do that to you. "Hel.." He tried to ask for out for help, but he fainted from being upside-down. The last thing he saw was Nightmare talking to Fresh and ERROR.
