"Shit!" Sam yelled, and Scout could not have agreed more. Natasha started shooting at him, but the Winter Soldier was too quick, jumping onto the vehicle behind them, as the cat that the four of them were in began getting pulled off the road. Steve held on to the car door. He yelled something, but Scout could not hear it over the ringing in her ears. He broke open the door, holding onto Natasha and Sam, they slid on the car door through the streets, to Scout, it was quite comical, watching her three friends slip and slide on a car door. She stepped out of the car, wishing she had her suit that was made to handle her extreme temperatures. Alas, she didn't, so she would not get to light her entire self on fire, but she could still send some deadly fireballs their way. She stepped up, and moved to engage the Winter Soldier, when he was joined by HYDRA agents, who started shooting at Steve, Nat and Sam. Scout threw a fireball at The Winter Soldier, who dodged it, just. She yelled at the trio, and they all scattered and ran off in different directions. Scout still had The Winter Soldier's full attention, as he was shooting at her. Scout managed to land a fireball on his arm, setting one sleeve alight, as it burnt away, it showed his metal arm.

"Go, I got this!" Sam said, running a loop around.
"Civilians threatened. I make an LZ, twenty-three hundred block at Virginia Avenue. Rendezvous two minutes." A recording of Scout's voice could be heard from behind a car. The Winter Soldier rolled a bomb towards where he thought she was hiding. "Civilians threatened. Repeat, civilians threatened-" as the bomb rolled behind the car, Scout smirked from the opposite direction. "I make an LZ, twenty-three hundred block at Virginia Avenue. Rendezvous two minu-" The recording was cut off as the bomb exploded. At the same time, Scout launched herself from a car onto the Winter Soldier's shoulders, wrapping her legs around his neck, stifling the air going into his lungs. He just managed to throw her off, she landed in a back roll and began running.
"Get out of the way! Stay out of the way!" She yelled to the civilians who were in the line of fire of the Winter Soldier. The next thing she knew, she was thrown to the floor by Nat.
"Wha-?" Scout said, looking at Nat, and realised she had been shot.
"Scout! GO!" Nat yelled as the Winter Soldier came up from behind to shoot her. Luckily, Steve jumped in and attacked him. Steve shoved Scout out of the way, the Winter Soldier lunged at him, attacking first. The two of them fought, throwing violent punches and The Winter Soldier pulled out a tiny knife, Scout threw out her arm desperately, controlling some water from a puddle to wrap around the knife, and froze it, making it a lot less dangerous. The Winter Soldier grabbed Steve's shield and threw it at him but Steve managed to avoid being hit. As Steve turned, grabbing anything that his hands could hold, the Winter Soldier's mask came off, and he turned around, looking like a lost puppy.
"Bucky?" Steve asked.
"Who the hell is Bucky?" The Winter Soldier replied in a raspy voice. He turned to shoot at both Scout, who had stood up to defend Steve, and Steve himself. At that moment Sam flew in and threw Steve and Scout aside, The Winter Soldier threw a bomb at Scout, and ran off, Steve quickly moved to stand in front of Scout, deflecting the bomb with his shield as it exploded. Scout noticed the sirens, and ran to Natasha's side, looking over her injury.
"I can cauterise it, but that's all." She said.
"Do it." Nat said through gritted teeth. Scout willed her hand to set aflame, and it did so, she placed her hand on the bleeding shoulder, and the wound closed itself up.
"Sorry." Scout said, helping her up as they were surrounded by HYDRA agents.
"Drop the shield, Captain! On your knees! Get on your knees! Now! Get down! Get down!" Rumlow yelled, him and his team pointing their guns at the four battered people. "Get on your knees! Down! Don't move." The four of them fell to their knees, Scout still supporting Natasha as best as she could. Rumlow looked at the helicopter flying above them and warned the agent holding Steve at gunpoint. "Put the gun down. Not here. Not here!" He yelled. The agent lowered his gun, and the rest of the HYDRA agents then took Steve, Scout, Sam, and Natasha into custody.
