'A school trip could possibly be fun'. But when you are a) put into rooms with people you don't like, b) four boys that you have to share with. Well it's asking for trouble. And thats just the beginning.
"Come on Alex, a school trip could be interesting" Luke exclaimed as both the boy and the girl looked at the sheet of paper in between them. Both hiding at the back of the library, not visable to the naked eye, being as quiet as they could possibly be so that they could stick together. After all it was practically outlawed for a jock and loner to be seen together. It goes against all the laws of high school. "Yeah, as interesting as watching someone read a book" Alex replied with an eyeroll.
School trips are beyond boring, Michael thought as he looked at the piece of paper his mum had already signed. Now way was he going to be able to get out of it now. Damn the school for sending it home. Burning the edge using a lighter he 'borrowed', he promptly threw it on the ground. Twisting it in creating the perfect screw up of a letter. Now he could give it in.
In the front of the library Calum sat along staring at the trip letter. It was need for part of his grade so he knew he had to go. There was no getting out of it. He looked down at his physics book once more and sighed to himself. This was no fun but his dad had pointed out. Study first then play. By the time his mum came to collected him he would be handing over the letter and getting it signed and handed in.
Ashton hit the drums once more. His love for music coming through each tap. If only he could just do music at school all the time, then he would be happier. The envelope sat in his bag to give in for some random trip thing. He didn't really want to go. After all who wants to give up their passion for a couple week. Standing up in defeat he picked it up his bag and his sticks and headed to the front direction. Time for him to give this thing in.
As Ashton headed towards the office and the trips box he watched as Calum came from one side and slipped the letter in. He seemed nervous most likely as he was then followed by Michael Clifford that just shoved him to the side causing Calum to drop all his text books. A few laughs erupted from people but the had soon disappeared he ran forward shoved the letter in the box and headed straight back off. Musicians didn't need trips they easily got girls. Especially drummers.
Luke held the paper in his hand as he forged his parents signatures. He'd give it in and then tell them. Making his way to the box he hoped that Alex would also come. After all they can probably sneak off together. Its the perfect way to spend time together. Shoving it in the trips box, he walked away. Trips can be fun. Plus its cheaper than you might expected. With a heck of a long coach trip that if he arrived later then he could sit up front with her and a couple of weeks stay at some place. Now just to break it to his parents. People he couldn't wait to get away from.
