My body jerks and my eyes fling open. I lay on my soft bed, panting. My throat was dry and scratchy. I pat around my bedside table and grab a waterbottle, opening it I take a sip. The cool water soothes my throat. Closing it back up, I put it on the table again. Slowly I sit up and look around for a zombie Julian or an angry Liam. Finding they weren't in the room, I toss my legs over the side of the bed and step down. I stagger over to my desk and lean on it, waiting for my head to stop pounding and everything to stop swirling around.
I look at the clock and read the time. It's already 1:00 PM. How could I sleep for that long?! Finally becoming steady enough I walk to the bathroom and do my business. Coming back out I adjust my clothes and head to the kitchen for a sandwich. I grab the ingredients and place them neatly on the bread. I eat the sandwich and put the stuff I used back in their correct places. Then I walk to the living room and clean it up some more before he came.
I still don't understand why I have to tutor him. There are tons of people smarter than me. It was only for my class that I got the top grade. At least I can confront him about spreading that secret about my eyes. I nicely fluff the pillows and clean the glass. Finishing the living room I then go back into the kitchen and clean in there. I make sure all the dishes are clean, take out the trash, and wipe off the counters.
Wait, why am I cleaning up the house for him? It's not like I care if he feels comfortable here....I guess I have to anyway. So he doesn't go back to school and talk bad about me some more. I look over to the clock as I make my way to the bathroom to clean in there. I groan as I read the clock. He's going to be here in just thirty minutes. I hurry and finish cleaning quickly.

Taking the bag of trash, I walk outside and squint as the light burns my eyes. I walk to the side of the house and put it in the trashcan. Walking back to the front door I flinch as I hear a voice mock me.
"Did you just get back from visiting your house," Ashton motions to the trash can. I turn to him and send a glare his why.

"Actually, I went to your house, your mother said to come home before dark," I smirk as he mumbles something under his breath. I walk to the door, Ashton in tow behind me. We walk in and he walks over to the couches sitting down on one of them. I stare at him as he puts his feet on the coffee table. Walking over to him I push his feet off and tell him not to put them on the table. I walk into the kitchen to grab some water bottles for me and him. Strolling back to the living room, I place our waters on the table and wait for him to take out his work.
We sit there in silence as he takes out the papers he needs help with and place them on the table. I sort through them and find they were all the easy stuff we were doing in class. Now's my chance! I look at him and ask him, "That thing you're spreading around at school about me, did Gunji tell you?" I shiver as his name rolls off my tongue. He looks at me surprised.

"How do you know?" He asked confused

"I have friends that tell me stuff that happens and if you're talking about why I know Gunji told you, it's obvious. He saw them," I state. He nods and looks to the floor.

"I only did it cause Gunji is the strongest in the group...Even Connor is scared of him. I didn't want him to get mad at me and beat me up,"  he pauses and looks at my face, "Just look at what he did to you. He was so proud telling me that he beat you up so bad...He wanted me to spread the rumor so you would be treated badly when you came back," he looks to his hands.
"I'm sorry, I know I shouldn't have done it but I just wanted to be cool like the others. I joined their group because I didn't wanna look weak, plus the girls dig bad boys if you know what I mean, hahaha," he blushes and rubs the back of his neck. God, why does he look cute blushing... Wait what?! no, no, no, no, nooo! You are not going going to think that, besides he's a guy! Well at least I know why he's with them. Trying to hide my blushing cheeks, I look back to his papers.

"Right, lets just get back to work," I pick up his papers and sort them out, putting the harder ones first with the easier ones last. I place them in front of him. Then I grab the others that he did already. I check through them and find that he only has about half of them answered correctly on all of the sheets. I circle the ones he got wrong and look over.
He's sitting there reading it over and over again. I lean over and point to a random word, I say it out loud, "Amor....Do you know what it means?" I look to him as he shakes his head. I sigh, "I'll give you a hint. This is how I remember when my brain gets a bit groggy, amor sounds like armor and armor protects you right?" he nods. "And you want to protect the person you....?" He looks at me, confusion still coating his eyes. "You want to protect the person you love most. Amor means love." He watches me as I grab the water bottle and drink from it.

"So you would use it like this?" I look to him expectantly, still drinking water, "Te amo," I choke on my water when he says this. Coughing I nod in response. He blushes and looks away. Oh my god! That was so cute...! Jasper pull yourself together! Stop thinking about that. I squeeze my arm, trying to think about something else.
