The next morning I woke up and I stepped outside and I saw a letter. So I picked it up and brought it inside. The letter said this,
" Dear Samuel Seabury,
I'm writing this letter to let you know
that I will be having a spring ball on May 10. So if you would like to attend
please write a letter back to the castle.Sincerely, George William Fredrick the iii "
It was from George so of course I had to respond. So I wrote back.
" Dear King George,
I would love to attend the ball! Thank
you for inviting me. But can we not tell
anyone about the kiss last night.Sincerely, Samuel Seabury "
I sent the letter later that afternoon, but there was something on my mind. Why is George having a ball during the middle of the American revolution? Was it to get rid of some of the stress? Was it simply to have a bit of fun? No matter the answer I would just have to wait until I see him again at the ball. But for now I was going to get a new suit. Hopefully the store isn't packed with men and women who are also going to the ball. But it was so I decided to go another day. But I was still thinking of him. I was thinking of George a lot lately and I know why. I want him to be my boyfriend. But I know it won't work. But I had to him him that. So I thought I'll write him a letter and give it to him before I leave the ball. Hopefully before he can read it I can be out of the castle.
