When you and Bucky got married at the ripe age of 21, you two had never been so happy. The two of you were perfect, your brother, Howard Stark, had walked you down the aisle because your parents had died.
Bucky had cried, tears had dripped down his face as you walked down, your arm linked with Howard's. Small Steve smiled at his best friends. When Bucky placed the ring on your finger, he cried some more, you had reached up and wiped his tears away. "I love you," you whispered, small tears dripping down your face, "I love you to, baby doll." he whispered back.
"You may kiss the bride." the preist said, Bucky cupped your face and pressed his lips to yours. You smiled against his lips. You pulled away and he kissed your lips once again, then he rested his forehead against yours. "Oh my god, your my wife. I love you, (name) Barnes." he said. "I love you to," you replied.

[AFTER CIVIL WAR] (he didn't loose his arm)

Bucky had a notebook that was just filled with thoughts and memories of a girl. He could never remember her name though. He remembered her hair, and eyes, her body, her dress when they got married, and just everything about her.
He couldn't believe that he had been married. He walked into Steve's room, not knocking. "Where is she? Who is she?" he asked softly. "Who's who, Buck?" Steve questioned, looking up at him. Bucky took a ring out of his pocket, his wedding ring, "Her." he said. Steve's eyes softened, just at the thought of you, "She uh, she died two years ago. But, um since she's Tony's aunt and godmother, Tony build a room with everything about her. She was Tony's favourite family member, he adored her, and he was so sad when she died, so he took all of her belongings, pictures and just everything about her, and deisgned a room. I can take you down there if you would like." Steve offered, "Okay." he replied softly.
Bucky and Steve got down to the bottom floor. Tony had put it there because Steve and him were the only ones who went in. Steve opened the door, and Bucky followed.
The room was her life story.
The walls were scattered with photos of her and friends, all of them in black and white, there were photos of her with people like, Peggy Carter, Daniel Sousa, Jack Thompson, Edwin Jarvis, Howard Stark, Tony Stark, the Howling Commandoes, small Steve and large Steve and Bucky.
There were photos of just Bucky, but there were also photos of her and Bucky. Photos of her and Bucky hugging, and kissing. Bucky looked around in shock, his mouth opening, he brought his shaking hand to his mouth. On the wall was a small clear box, in the small box was two rings, a engagement ring and a wedding ring.
He opened the box and took out the rings, curling his fingers around them. "Are these from our wedding?" he questioned softly, "Yeah, they are." he heard a voice say. He turned around and there was Tony, he stiffened, "I knew you would find this place, Steve told me you were down here so I came down to kind of explain everything." he said. "Thanks. These were hers then?" he asked. "Yeah, I kind of know everything because when I was younger she would tell me stories. You and Steve picked them out. Steve said you couldn't find the perfect one so you brought him." Tony said.
"Sounds like me. How -- um -- how..." he trailed off. "How'd she die?" Tony finished. "Yeah." he said. "Old age. She was happy, healthy but she was 97 when she died. Three years younger then you." he said. "Did she ever re - marry, date anyone?" Bucky asked as they both sat down on a couch. "She had a fling with a couple of guys, but nobody ever stuck. She was devoted to you. Always had been," Tony said.
"She was my aunt and god mother, my parents wanted me to be left in her care if anything ever happened to them. She named me, raised me, taught me right from wrong, how to tie my shoes and how to write. She was a good person, she was my favourite person to ever walk the face of the earth." he said smiling softly. "We have videos of her, some with me, my father and some other people. Some are in black and white and some are in colour. Would you like to see them?" Tony questioned. "Yes, please." he said. Tony nodded, and turned the TV on. "I'll leave you." he said. Bucky nodded, "Thank you." Tony nodded and left.
The TV turned on, and a tear left Bucky's eye as he watched as you picked up little Tony and held him to your chest. "Hi, darling." you said. Bucky almost cried.
The video switched, and it was you just looking at the screen, you looked beautiful, "Bucky. I'm only doing this for closure. I love you. I have loved you since we started to date. You mean everything to me, you make me happy and loved, and you make me feel things I've never felt before. When you died, I was depressed, I just wanted you back. I learned that I needed closure, I will never move on. When you love someone as much as I love you, it's hard to move on. I love you, James. I love you a lot. You are my person. Goodbye, James." you said softly.
He just started to sob, leaning over with his face in his hands, "I'm sorry. I'm so, so sorry." he breathed. He grabbed a small photo of you that you had found that was on the wall and he held it to him.
When everything was done, he placed the photo on his wall, and another one of you and him on his bedside. He went down to that room every single day.
