Jen got a cast last night since she fractured her ankle. She has to use crutches and has to go back in 6 weeks to get it removed. We still haven't told her about Derek and they were together right now.

"Can I borrow your phone to call mine real quick?" Sam asked Derek.

Derek hesitated but let him. He took the phone into the kitchen and Nate followed. After 3 minutes they came back out.

"Found it. Thanks." He gave it back.

I pulled them aside.

"We didn't find anything except that he asked a girl named Mercedes to come over last night. " Nate shook his head.

"Was there any flirting?" I asked.

"He called her baby and shit." Sam sighed.

"Do you think he's cheating?" I frowned.

They nodded. I looked over at Jen who was smiling up at Derek.

"We have to tell her.." sam mumbled.

"Tell her what?" Jack heard us making Jen snap her head in our direction.

"Sam is talking to Madison again." Nate blurted out.

"Oh..okay." Jen furrowed her eyebrows in confusion before focusing back on the tv.

"What the fuck?" Sam whispered.

Nate shrugged. We motioned for jack to come over and we told him what happened.

"I'm gonna kill him." His jaw clenched.

"No killing until jen knows. " I shook my head.

"Why'd your dumbass break up with her? This wouldn't have happened-"

"Hey, you can't blame that on him." Nate defended me.

Jen looked over at us.

"Okay, what the fuck are you guys talking about?" She sighed.

"Text me later babe. I'll let you deal with that." Derek got up.

"Okay, bye." She kissed him and he walked out of the house.

"Okay, what's up?" Jen rolled her eyes.

"You'll be thanking me later." I crossed my arms.

"We think Dereks cheating on you." Sam simply stated.

"If you want us to break up-"

"No, it's not that jen. Trust me. It's not that. " Nate sighed.

"Then what?" She motioned for us to come sit down.

"Remember how J called Derek to let him know what happened?" Sam started to explain.

She nodded slowly.

"We all heard giggles. And sam took his phone to see if he was cheating, not to call his phone. And he was talking to a girl and called her baby and all that and asked her to come over. " Nate finished.
