"We must destroy it. Its the only way. What if the queen does die. Or perhaps one of the young gods." said Seafoam.
Lindsay couldn't help but over hearing.
"But, Seafoam! We already tried! We lost many brave solders-" said one of the maids.
"But we have the queen and the last Gods and goddesses. They discovered there powers. They did it once before. They can do it again." said Seafoam.
"And if they can't..."said the maids.
"They will." said Seafoam.
Lindsay went crying into her room. She laid on her bed, crying when Chris came in.
"Lindsay...er...Queen Aqua, why so sad?" he said.
"I can't ...I did it once but for Amanda and our friends...not for a whole kingdom." Lindsay said still crying.
"What are you talking about?" he asked.
"Seafoam...she wants to get rid of all the evil magic. What if I get absorbed. What if Amanda does...or Katie....or-"
"Its ok. I'll be there. Besides, I do like you." he said, ending with a smile.
Lindsay stared at him. She wasn't imagining it when she said she had to go. He really did say love ya. She smiled. They both laid down.
"Queen Aqua-" started Seafoam,"Nevermind, you seem really busy at the moment. I'll come back later." Then she left the room. Lindsay and Chris smiled at each other, holding hand while lying down on the silky bed. They closed there eyes and fell asleep, still holding hands. But things didn't stay that way. Well, Lindsay and Chris were still sleeping when things changed outside.
