Trouble in Paradise (literally)

After talking about it for months, Regan, Julia, Dylan, and David decided to buy a large apartment together. They were all best friends, and the couples could also have alone time.

"Okay, we have three apartments to go look at today," Regan told them.

"Great, are we ready to go?" Julia asked.

"I think so." Regan said, grabbing her purse. "Let's go!"

The group went outside into Regan's car. Regan sat on the driver's seat, David in the passenger, Julia behind David and Dylan behind Regan. After a few minutes they pulled up to an apartment complex in a nice area of the city.

"All three apartments are in here, but they're all really different, and they're all within our budget," Regan informed the group.

"Okay cool," Dylan said.

"Yeah, I'm gonna love living with you guys," David said. I grabbed his hand and we walked into the complex. The entire complex had twelve stories. The first apartment was on the tenth floor.

We walked in to a cute little apartment with two bedrooms and one bathroom. There was a living room and a really big kitchen. 

The next apartment was on the eleventh floor. It had two bedrooms, two separate bathrooms, and a balcony with a hot tub. It also had a living room with a large kitchen.

The last apartment was on the twelfth floor. It had two bedrooms, each with their own attached bathroom. It also had a balcony with a hot tub. This one also had a living room and a pretty big kitchen.

We met in the hallway to discuss.

"Okay the one on the top floor is the best for us and it's not that much more expensive than the others. And it's less than the high end of our budget," Regan said.

"Yeah, I want that one," Julia agreed. Dylan and David exchanged looks.

"Agreed."

Within a week they met with the landlord and signed a lease on the apartment. A week after that they had moved in. Regan and David moved into the first bedroom, and Julia and Dylan moved into the second. Regan and David took the smaller bedroom with the bigger bathroom. Julia and Dylan took the bigger bedroom with the smaller bathroom.

They were sitting in the living room watching a show.

"We should get in the hot tub," David said.

"I'm good with that," Dylan replied, standing up.

"Yeah sure." Regan stood up and Julia followed Dylan into their room. Regan and David went into their bedroom.

***David&Regan***

Regan put on her bikini top.

"David, can you tie this for me?" She asked. He came over in his swim trunks and tied it. Regan grabbed two towels from their bathroom and walked out onto the balcony with David.

***Dylan&Julia***

"I don't know which bikini to wear," Julia whined. Dylan came to look at her options.

"Julia you look beautiful in all of them so choose which pattern you like better," he told her.

"Aww you're so sweet, I love you." Julia kissed him.

"I love you too."

Julia finally decided on her pineapple bikini and Dylan grabbed two towels for them. They met with Regan and David on the balcony.

Regan was trying to tickle David, but he was holding her arms back.

"I'm gonna get you for that later," David said, smirking.

"Um... what was that, David?" Dylan prodded. Regan started laughing. Julia and Dylan got into the hot tub.

"Who knew we would be here together?" Dylan asked.

"I know, I'm so happy," Regan agreed.

They continued talking for the rest of the night.
