*Connor*

I had been up ten minutes and was about to step out the door to go to breakfast when I saw an envelope laying on the ground. I picked it up and my heart plummeted. Connor was spelled in nice hand writing on the front. Travis came up behind me and asked "Whats that?" "I really don't know Travis. Meet me at breakfast in 10, ok?" "Gotcha." My brother said and walked out. I walked back over to my bed and opened the letter while sitting down. It read:

Dear Connor,

I wanted to start out by saying thank you. Thank you for helping me and letting me have your shoulder to cry on when I needed it most. I'm leaving, and I don't want you to try and find me. I'll be long gone by the time your reading this. I want you to know that the reason I left was for your guys safety. I left because ever since I got here things have taken a turn for the worst.( that's at least what I heard people saying behind my back.)

I want you to know that I really do appreciate everything you did for me, especially when you stood up to that thing in the woods. If you ever see me again (which, sadly, you most likely won't) I want you to know I like you. More than you would know. I know that's an odd thing to put in a goodbye letter, but I thought you should know.

Last thing before I end this letter. I don't want you, or anyone at camp, to get hung over by my disappearance. I want you all to live like I was never there. If you were truly my friend, you would do that for me. One really important thing...Have a good life.

Love,

May Reed

I stare at the letter, wishing I hadn't trusted her when she said she wanted to go swimming. I folded up the letter and put it in the drawer next to my bed.

*Annabeth*

I had a bad feeling the minute my sister shook me awake. I opened my eyes and she handed me and envelope with my name on the front. "Thanks." I mutter and tear open the letter. I was expecting something from my dad or something like that, but it was from someone I had never thought it would be. the letter read:

Dear Annabeth,

I didn't really get to know you during my days at camp, but I do know that you're my friend. I've decided to leave camp, so all of you would be safe. I don't want anymore attacks on camp half-blood. I would truly appreciate if you would comfort Percy until he gets used to me being gone again. I know what its like to loose someone, and I want him to have someone to talk to about it.

Please watch Percy, I know the minute he reads his letter he'll make a break for it and run away looking for me. I left at 12:30, so he wouldn't be able to find me anyways. But if you were a true friend you would do that for me.

Your friend,

May Reed

"Wow.' I muttered in shock at what I read. "What is it?" My sister said trying to read over my shoulder. I folded it closed and said "It's certainly not your business." I shoved the letter in my trunk at the end of my bed and got dressed.

*Leo*

I had read the letter...twice, but I read it again to see if I was reading it correctly. It read:
