"hey, can I get some ice cream with a friend?" I asked my aunt when I got home. "sure," she said giving me a weird look. "but, since when did you have friends?" she asked. "since today I guess" i replied shrugging.
"okay, well have fun!" my aunt smiled. " i will thanks" i said while starting to walk on stairs. when i got to my room i threw on a t-shirt and some shorts. i put my hair in a messy ponytail and slipped on my shoes before walking out my room door. "where are you going?" a voice said from behind me. it was my uncle and he had a breath full of smoke. "none of your business" i said while turning away from him.
"hey!" he said grabbing my wrist. "watch who you're talking to" (A/N: idk if that made sense but--) he said, shivers were now shooting down my back. i pulled out of his grip and ran down the stairs and out the door. "lisa, calm down" i said to myself. call chaeyoung i thought.
chaeyoung pov
"mom I'm leaving" i called out from the bathroom of our small apartment. there was no reply. "mom?" i called out. no reply again. i walked out the bathroom right into the living room, only to see my mom on the couch drunk. i sighned, "when will this end?" i said to myself. i got a blanket from my bedroom and covered her. then i went to get paper and wrote a little note and stuck it right next to the couch.

i was about to exit the apartment, but a loud ring of my cell phone stopped me. it was lisa.
"WHEREAREYOU?"
