"Aw man! I'm going to be late at this point!" Hagami struggled to clasp her ninja sandals closed and her tantō's holster off from around her waist. It was habit to put it on but Itachi reminded her that she didn't need it if she was going to be training with a new Genin Squad. She fumbled with the clasp on the holster for a fe seconds before she threw it off to the side, calling to Itachi to throw it somewhere in her room so that it wouldn't be just hanging around by the front door.
"Good luck Onēsan!" Sasuke called from the kitchen but the door had already slid shut. The sun was already crawling into the sky, it was around nine o'clock and Hagami ran her fastest to the training grounds Kakashi had told her about a while back. She'd be going to the Third Training Grounds, he had reserved a place there to give his Genin Squad their final exam to actually become Genin. She swung through the branches and appeared from the bushes from behind Kakashi with a stressed look.
"I'm your Jōnin Leader....Hatake-"
"Kakashi-Sensei, right? Never mind the formalities, let's just get started!" The one in the middle snapped at him impatiently. That's when Hagami made her presence known, walking up beside Kakashi with her hands in her pockets.
"Ohayo (Good morning), Kakashi-san." Hagami greeted in a relaxed manner. She paid no heed to the children though their ages were only about a year apart.
"Ohayo, Hagami-san." Kakashi returned the respect and glanced down at her. "I'm surprised I'm here before you."
"Ah, well, I may or may not have slept in. I was on a mission last-"
"Oi, who's she? We didn't get any notice that we had a girl on our Squad!" The one in the middle rose his voice to get their attention.
"Pipe down brat." Hagami lowered her voice and shot him a glare.
"No, you watch your tongue with me! You're no older than us which makes the man superior." He stepped forward and away from his Squad and held up a kunai from he had retrieved from his backpack.
"Superiority isn't measured by age or sex. It's measured by the skill a ninja has and whether or not they're true to their hearts." Hagami retorted and her body vanished from their sight. It remained stark silent for a moment with only Kakashi's sigh breaking it. "Remember that if you ever challenge a girl to a fight." The boy's kunai was ripped from his grasp and placed against his neck gently. "Or she may just show you up. Got it?"
"G-Get away from me slut!" He shouted in her ear but Hagami just raised a brow at his outrageous behavior. She breathed a gentle sigh and withdrew the kunai. She shoved it back at him but was careful that she didn't injure him.
"How troublesome." She muttered and took her place beside Kakashi. "Gomenasai, Kakashi-san. I didn't mean to bring that big of an interruption."
"Don't worry, you're quite okay." Kakashi breathed another sigh and leaned his weight onto his left side. "What you're going to do has a failure rate of sixty-six percent. You are to fight Hagami and I with the intent to kill in order to retrieve these two bells." He paused to hand one of the bells to Hagami. She took it quickly and strapped it to the small white sash that held down her navy blue shirt if she were to fight. "Those who get one will be permitted to proceed into Genin-rank. Those who fail to get one will be tied to a pole over there and forced to go without lunch until the next exam. Also, there's also a chance that just one of you will pass, or you may all flunk the exam and all fail. Overall though, one of you will be sent back to the Academy."
"What? That's so simple!" The one on the right sneered throwing his nose up. Hagami smirked at his cockiness and crossed her arms causing the bell to chime weakly.
