Episode 29: Two Is Better
“According to the Elemental Creed, we cannot transform without Travis,” said Angela.
“We’ll figure this out later, but I guess I’ll do my best to back her up,” said Trista. Her eyes became animalistic when Roxi took over her body and jumped from the bleachers to assist Daloris.
“Allow me to even the odds,” said Eshtar. She waved over the giant lollypop as a transportation beam shot down from the sky as another Denointed being stepped through. “Meet Axilkar.” He had orange and brown metallic armor and was more bulky than Tarrow. Through his coal rectangular helmet, they could see his soulless eyes directly on Daloris and Roxi. The two Denointed pulsated with cosmic energies. Tarrow took out his arrow pack and shouted in a loud tone,
“Worra emerpus. Worra emerpus!” Cosmic energy in the form of an arrow fired from his bow.
“Lord of Mercy, grant me the power and reject!” chanted Dalors. She quickly placed her hands on the ground when a wall made of metal spouted upward form the ground. The arrow made contact, however to Daloris surprise, it was piercing through.
“A little help here. This is not going to hold,” said Daloris, trying to maintain concentration. Axilkar knew this and impacted the ground when he dropped his axe pack. With sheer force, he pulled out an double bladed axe and chucked it forward. When it made contact with the arrow, they merged and shattered the metal wall that knocked Daloris down.
“No!” screamed Angela. She lifted up her hands; chairs from around the area began to rise. One by one were hurled and every one of them broke when they touched the metallic armor and hard exposed skin.
“I got this,” said Roxi.
“Are you kidding me!” Angela shouted. “This is beyond who got this. These are not normal beings that we have fought in the past. These beings are on a whole ‘nother cosmic level.”
Roxi ran over at fast speeds in order to catch Axilkar off guard. With her fist wound up, she was ready to strike, but to her dismay, Axilkar just extended his arm. His hand reached outward and grabbed Roxi by her throat, lifting her up off of the ground. He wound up and the force he used to launch Roxi sent her flying into a set of bleachers.
“Trista!” panicked Angela.
