Episode 31: Fusion Born

Episode 31: Fusion Born 

            “You know…you really shouldn’t have done that,” warned Prince Leo. Eshtar peered down at the debris, seeing Princess Hylis slowly standing up. Hylis started cracking her knuckles.

            “AHH!” cried out Hylis, releasing a display of raw energy, looking directly at Eshtar, her eyes fueled with war rage. Princess Hylis pushed off the ground, dashing in and out of view from speed alone.

            “”Malok!” conjured Prince Leo, shooting two large blasts in the form of orange crystals from his hands.

            “What!?” said Eshtar, unable to visually keep up.

            “HAA!” battled cried Princess Hylis as she locked hands and side swiped Eshtar’s jaw, sending her spiraling into a bricked side building, creating a body imprint. Princess Hylis held out her hand, commanding her sword to return to her. Upon grabbing it, she swung it forward while still in the air. A blast in the shape of a curved purple blade projected from the swing to finish the job, creating an explosion.

            “Did we win?” she asked, landing on the ground next to her brother.

            “Something’s not right. I’m still picking up territorial pressure,” he explained to her.

            “Hmmahahaha!” crackled Eshtar’s voice. Leviating candy started to appear around them. One became five, became thousands.

            “AH!” they screamed when the bandy bits began exploding simultaneously. The candy bits that were left contorted into the form of Eshtar when Hylis and Leo slammed to the ground.

            “You know, she’s really starting to make me angry,” complained Hylis while helping her brother stand. Leo had a swollen lip while Hylis started to notice cracks in her armor.

            “I’m already there, we’re fusing,” he told her.

            “You sure?” she asked him.

            “Different time, different place. No one will know,” he answered.

            Princess Hylis held the hilt of her sword with both hands in front of her face while standing in front of Prince Leo. She turned it so that the blade faced her and within seconds it dissolved into glowing golden orbs, mummifying her hands. She crossed her glowing hands across her chest, making an X and then stretched her arms out wide as if to fly. Her body became see-through and when she jumped back directly into Prince Leo body, phoenix-like wings of diamonds sprouted from his back as the light that encased his body started to form into fusion armor.

With durable black spandex, from his feet all the way up his tights became armor made of sparkling crystals. With a hardwearing spandex for a top, the rest of the light encased his hands and lower arms, forming armor made of crystals as well with blades on the sides. A crown in the shape of a band applied to the head making the hair longer and while white, the tips were of rainbow colors. The crystalized chest plate had the Royal Family’s crest carved within the center.

            “We are one…we are unified…we are Leonylis [Lee-On-Nigh-Liss],” he said in the combine voices of Leo and Hylis similar to Cosmosis, having the echo voices of all five Elemental Knights. 

            “What is this?” Eshtar questioned. “This is impossible. I thought only Tara and Mara were the only ones able to fuse,” Eshtar thought. “This is just a trick. You’re nothing more than a lesser being compared to us.” She thrust her lollistaff forward releasing negative electricity. Leonylis walked and kept walking forward when the negative bolt curved and went right by him, unharmed. Eshtar bit her lower lip in frustration. Her free hand began generating raw energy in the form of a sphere. Leonylis moved his right hand as the Sword of Light appeared in it. He then moved his left hand, as the White Diamond Crystal appeared, levitating in it. The two items merged, forming the Paradiso Sword. Multiple smaller blades sprouted from the main blade while the crystal remained in the center of the hilt.

            Eshtar released a maxed psionic wave that Leonylis deflected with the sword. Leonylis gripped both hands onto the Paradiso Sword and swung. The force released generated a pulse that shattered Eshtar’s lollistaff. Without warning, Leonylis appeared directly in front of Eshtar and impaled her in the chest.

            “Uhoh…you think you won? IT is the beginning and end. IT will make everything you hold dear disappear!” shouted Eshtar as Leonylis boosted the sword up, carving Eshtar in half, destroying the Aprostar. Soon after, both Leo and Hylis were torn apart, unable to sustain the fusion transcendence, collapsing to the ground in normal clothing.
