Jade heard the doorbell ring loudly causing her to groan loudly. It was only 7 am and there was already someone at her door. She didn't know if the Italian post office was this fast or if one of her team mates was coming round her flat once again. Either way she didn't want to get up since she hadn't really gotten a lot of sleep last night and needed to recover from the mental and physical exhaustion of yesterday.

This didn't stop the ringing sound to annoy the footballer even more.

With a loud groan she made her way towards the door, only to be surprised when she opened the door and Jesy Nelson appeared in her doorway.

"What are you doing here?"

"You asked me to come, don't you remember?", Jesy laughed and entered the flat for the first time, taking her time to look around and chuckle lightly.

"What's so funny?"

"You can so tell how whipped you are from looking at this flat. It's so obvious that Pez did most of the interior design"

This caused Jade to blush in embarrassment. Of course Perrie did most of it and Jade didn't care since she loved how happy the blonde was and how excited she seemed to be. Also the singer had excellent taste. But she'd never admit any of this to the stubborn shit that is Jesy Nelson.

"We did it together. How was your journey?"

"Sure thing Thirlwall", Jesy did a not so subtle gesture to show Jade that she was whipped, "It was ok. Can you explain now why I had to lie to my girlfriend about why I had to go here?"

Jesy had told Leigh that she needed to go to Italy for a meeting with another coach and that she'd visit Jade later on. All this was due to Jade's inability to admit that she felt lonely in Italy without her wife or anyone else here. Which everyone knew but no one said out loud.

"I just wanted some company that's all"

"You do realise that your wife would have been on a plane to Italy about five minutes before you'd told her, right?", Jesy sassed, not really getting what the brunette's problem was.

"Yeah, but I can't always ask that of her. I feel like a burden already. She should be able to have fun for once"

"You do know that her entire life is fun for her, right?"

"Yeah but I don't want her to think that moving to Italy was wrong. I know that she gave up a lot by agreeing to moving here. And I also know that she loves living in London, she even told me that she wants us to settle down there. And now I feel like I made a wrong choice, like I've screwed everything up. It's so weird here. I have to study Italian all the time and afterwards it's training sessions and I barely have time to talk to my wife since she's somewhere else, doing whatever. The only thing I have that reminds me of her are texts and her Instagram posts that make me miss her even more. And somehow it's so hard to fit in here. Most of the girls don't even know English or not really well and the only people I have are Francesca and the British youngsters who think that I've made it and also think that my wife's a goddess which she is of course but I just really miss her and don't want her to feel like it was a mistake to move here", Jade ranted, revealing why she hadn't told Perrie about any of this.

Jesy moved next to her friend and hugged her at some point during her speech, earning a small smile from the emotionally exhausted footballer.

"Of course it's hard at first. You have to get used to everything also it's a different country with a different language so all of this is normal. How do you think I felt when I had to learn Spanish so that I could train a team there? Don't tell me that it wasn't like this with Manchester because everything will be ok in the end. You just need some time to adjust to all of this and don't worry about Pez she'd go everywhere for you and she even told Leigh that she'll take some time off after the tour. Don't worry about settling down for now think about this after your career. Enjoy your time now"
