Rarity's alarm went off. She grabbed her phone off of her nightstand and turned off her alarm. She then sat up, stretched her arms out and yawned, as if she was a movie. She pulled her eye mask off of her eyes and onto her forehead. She then swung her legs off of the bed and headed toward her bathroom. She brushed her teeth, washed her face and curled her hair. She took a lot at her phone. 6:55 AM. Yes, school started at 8:15, and yes, she woke up an extra hour early. But she liked it that way.
Once she had finished curling her hair, Rarity gracefully skipped to her vanity. She sat down and glanced over all her makeup. She had A LOT of it. She grabbed a moisturizer and began to apply than. Once she had finished that step of her makeup routine, she grabbed her phone to play some music. She had found a playlist that she liked and started to hum along to the music. She grabbed her powder and started to brush it on. She was so fair in complexion, she was almost always the lightest shade in every makeup line. She added some to blush to her face, just bring some color back into her face. She decided to go for a more "natural" look. She brushed some tinted brow gel through her brows and grabbed her mascara.
Just a little mascara to finish it off, she thought to herself. She started to apply the mascara to her lashes, when a little bee entered the room. She ignored it at first, But then it started to buzz and fly around her makeup.
"Shoo Shoo," she said while swatting at the fly. Suddenly, the bee came directly for her face. Rarity leaned backward, attempting to dodge the bee, but instead fell backward off of her stool. She landed hard on her back, accidentally jamming her mascara wand into her eye.
"AAhhhHHHHhHH!!!" Rarity screamed threw her mascara and ran to her bathroom. Holding her eye with her hand, she didn't see the mannequin in front of her. She knocked over the mannequin and tripped over it.
"FRICKLE FRACK!" Rarity screamed again as she fell. She got up, frustrated, and finally got to her bathroom.
She stood in front of the sink, flushing her eye with water. She splashed water onto her face, not caring if she was messing up the rest of her makeup. The pain in her eye started to fade away. After splashing her eyes for another couple minutes, the pain was almost all gone. She looked up into her mirror, noticing that she had washed off the rest of her makeup completely. She mentally groaned when she saw her eye red and slightly swollen.
I think I have some eye drops on my vanity. Hopefully, those will help, she thought to herself. She left her bathroom and headed back toward her vanity. She picked up the knocked over dress mannequin while walking over. She grabbed the eye drops from her vanity and put a few drops into her red eye. She grabbed her phone to see she had 20 minutes till she had to leave for school. She looked for the weapon that stabbed her eye. Rarity groaned when she saw it underneath another dress mannequin. She picked it up and realized that the wand had hit the mannequin before hitting the ground. She looked at the dress that was on the mannequin, that now had a huge uneven black streak, going from the right shoulder to the left hip. And to top it all off, it was going to be part of her "Bridal Chic" line, so it stark white in color.
Ugh, I'm going to have to redo this piece. I wanted it to be the main piece too, Rarity thought. She tilted and looked at the dress again. Actually, maybe this could work. She grabbed her tube of mascara and a pair of scissors and went to work.

Rarity stepped back looking at her work. She took the dress, tightened the waistline, and cut the bottom to make the dress into a pantsuit. She dragged the line of mascara around the waist and wrapped it around one of the legs. Maybe she could still add it to her "Bridal Chic" collection after all.
She looked at her phone. Oh dear! I was supposed to leave a minute ago! Rarity thought. She grabbed her tote bag and flew down the stairs.
"SWEETIE BELLE. HURRY YOURSELF DEAR. WE ARE RUNNING LATE," Rarity yelled grabbing her car keys.
Sweetie Belle was waiting by the door, tapping her foot. "I've been waiting. What took you so long?" she asked as they both exited their house.
"Let's just say I had quite an eventful morning," Rarity responded, jumping into the car with her sister and drove them both to school.
