One Shot- Pinkie's Phone Repair

Pinkie tried to turn on her phone, as she left Canterlot High for the day. Much like her previous attempts, her phone remained dead. But she didn't let that bring down her mood. Actually, nothing much brought down Pinkie's mood. She looked around once she got outside. Applejack said she could drop Pinkie off at the phone store. Once Pinkie saw Applejack pull into the school's pick-up/drop-off area, she ran for her car. Pinkie must of completely forgotten that there were a few steps in front of her, because she tripped and almost fell down. Catch herself, Pinkie awkwardly skeeted to Applejack's car. She opened the door and hopped into AJ's rusty red truck. Once she buckled her seatbelt, Applejack drove her off too the phone store. 

" How do you 'accidentally' drop your phone into a party cannon anyway?" Applejack asked, even though she knew that Pinkie could make the impossible possible.

"Well, it's actually quite common for me. Although, I usually notice and take my phone out before setting off the canon. I forgot this time, as you can seem"  Pinkie responded.

They continued to talk about their daily lives until they pulled up in front of the phone store. Pinkie thanked Applejack as she hopped out of her car. She walked up to the store and pulled on the door handle, realizing the door was locked. She cupped her hands against the glass and put her head to it. She looked around the dark store, concluding it was closed. She turned around, hoping Applejack hadn't left yet. Luckily, she hadn't. Pinkie went back to AJ's truck and talked to her through the window. 

"They are closed," Pinkie told her frien.

"Yeah, I figured. Hey, I know Rainbow broke her phone recently at practice. I can ask where she got her phone repaired," AJ proposed.

"Would you? Aw that'd be great. You know once I was at work at Sugarcube corner, and and this customer came in and-" Pinkie Pie started to ramble.

"Pinkie," Applejack interrupted.

"Yes?" 

"Just get in the truck," Applejack said, rolling her eyes.

Applejack was on the phone with Rainbow, asking about where Rainbow got her phone fixed. Pinkie in the meantime was entertaining herself by drumming on the dashboard with her fingers. She was playing a beat for a song she was making. The girls knew her as crazy,impromptu goof. But she actually had a lot of creativity; she just didn't know  how to express it. So she's been trying out songwriting. 

"Ok, I just talked to Rainbow, and she said that there is a small repair shop in the mall. She gave me the general area of where it was, but she couldn't remember the name. I can drop you off there," Applejack proposed.

"That'd be great. Did you know that-" Pinkie started, but caught herself from going on another ramble.

Applejack let out a loud laugh after Pinkie stopped herself.

They pulled up into the mall's parking lot, when Applejack received a text.

"OH NO SHE DIDN'T!" She turned to Pinkie "Sorry Pinkie, I won't be able to come inside with you. Big Mac just told me that Apple Bloom was snoopin' round my hat drawer. AND NO ONE GONNA DARE TOUCH MA HAT DRAWER!" Applejack exclaimed, her accent going strong.

"Ok! That's fine. I just need the directions,"

Once AJ told Pinkie the directions, Pinkie hopped out of the car. She waved goodbye as Applejack furiously sped away.

Whew AJ really loves her hats. I hope she can drive that fast without crashing. I bet she'll be fiiiiiiiinnnee, Pinkie thought to herself.

Pinkie entered the mall and followed the directions to find the repair shop. Once she reached a dead end, she looked around.
