"Hey, Stacey, pass me the chips." My mum yells at me, from the downstairs living room, even though I am all the way upstairs.

"Yes, mum." Complaining internally all the way down the stairs.

My mum, a hefty 100kg lady could not stop eating. But she always complained about how fat she was, how she didn't like her own body.

My mum used to be like me, skinny tall and weird teeth. But then after she had kids she just grew and grew and didn't stop.

I joined my mum in a chip feast out that night, I didn't care what people thought of me then.
