Next step was food. My family is very strict on food. Eat everything that has been put in front of you, as it is good for you and has been portioned out correctly. I decided dinners would be the hardest to fake my way through. At breakfast time, I would make myself so busy in the morning, that there was no way I would be able to eat breakfast. Lunch was slightly harder; my friends would encourage me to eat something. I usually had grapes or cherry's nearby to please them. They had a little number of calories. Sometimes they would let me get away with not eating anything if I said I had a big breakfast.
