It started with sit up, lots and lots of sit ups. No one notices how many sit- ups you do every day. Not if you do them with your door locked. You see, running up and down stairs is noticeable to your family, and they'll know something is up. But if you keep doing sit ups then you'll be fine. I was 45kg, that was too large, my BMI was severely underweight, but I felt servery over weight, obese even. I know that everyone calls me skinny, but I used to be the girl that everyone though had anorexia. Those where the days. Now I'm becoming 'normal' or 'healthy'. I want to be healthy, but I'm not confident in myself over 45kg.
