"pass me my drink will you?" Asks Laila not bothering looking up from her phone.

We were currently in my room(it wasn't permanent as lai was only here as a supporting teacher, but Miss Phipps said she could spend tonight with me)

"Uhh,fine,So are you going to explain to me why you were away for so long? I thought you were only there for a term?" I ask her wanting answers.

"Fine You want an explanation,here it is" she took a deep breath and looked me in the eyes before continuing.

"As you know I got a scholarship to Anderver Academy for intelligent students, the advanced selection. Once they knew what I was capable they sent me out on a mission and enrolled me in the secret service facilities. I was able to come home and tell you guys which I did and then I went back-"

"And we haven't heard from you since" I finish cutting her sentence.

"Yeah." she looked at me sheepishly.

"Care to explain why?" I elaborate putting emphasis on the why.

"Well,I got put into a mission for MI5 and I have been undercover, that's why I haven't been in contact, I haven't had the time or the place wasn't right, I promise you,if I was able to find the time I would have called or something, I've missed you beanie." She says her eyes watering.

"I've missed you too,but,Ten months lai, Ten months. It's been so long,So moving on What brought you here of all places?" I ask

"There's been a tip off of...Well I can't say it's classified. I would if I could Beanie." She adds at the end before I could interrupt.

"Plus I was able to put in a good word with Charlotte" She says to me.

"Who's Charlotte?" I say,did I know a Charlotte?

"Oh,yeah Phippy"  Ohh her first names Charlotte? I always thought the C stood for Catherine or Charlene something older than Charlotte. You learn something new everyday.

"So tell me,What's up with you and the Niccster? Are you two together,I always thought it would happen..." she trails off into thought.

"No we aren't, he's-at the moment- having his pick of the month as This American girl here" my eyes flash with hatred, if it wasn't for her I would have done...things to Nicci you wouldn't be able to Imagine I'm capable of, I know he said he wasn't with with her,but I'd feel bad-even with the victim being Flicky.

"The blonde one? Really short hot pink skirt and teeny black top showing her midriff?" Asks my sister wrinkling her nose.

"The very one" I say rolling my eyes.

"Ew, honey if your gonna bleach your hair at least cover your roots, what's The blondes name?" She says,of course she has she has to comment on her style,typical Lai, she hadn't changed a bit.

"Well most people refer to her as Chasta but I think Flicky suits her more." I grin.

"hahaha that's a good one,Flicky,yeah it suits the son of a toucan" Yea I have a flickiever (a play on-uhhggh- belieber,geddit huh?...nevermind.)

"Well honey if that bitch gets in the way again I'll make sure she receives wrath of Laila. Don't worry beanie she'll get her comeuppance for messing with my little sissy' s man" She grins before giving me a sloppy kiss on the cheek.

"Lai!" I wipe it off with exaggeration.

"Right I'm tired lights off" She gets up turns off the lights and gets into my bed.

"Oh ok" I say not knowing what's just happened.

"Night beanie" I hear her say and a minute later her light snores fill the room.

MONDAY WEEK 2

"Dear students, today I would like you to make your way towards the beach, Wear your swimming gear and have Sun cream and water on hand."   I read the note out to everybody once Laila had left to meet Miss Phipps in the meeting house.

"Woo, we're going swimming. Missi, get changed and we'll meet in your room.k?" Said Kay when everyone had gone off to get into their swimming items.

14 minutes later.

"Ok, I wanted to meet in here because Li has news!" Kay was bouncing on her spot on the bed.

She was dressed in a Brown tank top and matching bikini bottoms,her browny-blonde hair up in a messy bun with a white see through top over her swim stuff.

"Kay! it was supposed to be a secret" Li hissed whilst looking angry which can I tell you is very rare for lianna.

"Wait, what's going on?" I ask confused as they start having a look conversation.

"Li, tell her, best friends don't keep secrets." Kay says looking at lianna pleadingly.

"I don't know if I should I -"

"Just frickin tell me!" I hiss angrily.

"Fine well I was talking to Nicci last night..." She starts, Nicci,What about him?

"Go on" I encourage her to continue.

"He told me something, It's good, but I wasn't supposed to tell you.."

"What Did he say Li, for God's sake your killing me."

"He said-"

"C'mon guys, time to go." Really, REALLY?  just for this moment I would kill you right here, right now Mason Why.....WHY!?

"I'll tell you later" With that Li skips out of the door quicker than you could say grape crumble.

Eugh, no.

Fine I'll go

Well isn't it killing you that you don't know.

She'll tell me later most probably.

nah,you know lianna, she'll forget.

no she won't.

Will,I'm gonna go now,but just remember it might be bad...

I really don't like my conscience.

Oh shut up.

and I go downstairs fighting with my conscience all the way,what if she's...I'm right.

What if it's bad,what if I don't want to know.

I give up.
