Sleeping arrangements

Countershade grumbled as he walked along. First his room decor is delayed and now this! When the hell did the Doctor even begin building another robot! He certainly hadn't started building it at the old place, Countershade had spent time bugging the place and setting up cams. In moderation obviously but enough to ensure that he knew about everything going on in the building. Sure there was the period a couple months back when he kept coming to this place for days on end but- WAIT! Countershade stopped suddenly as this thought came to him. Of course the Doctor would do that, sneaking off to make his newest creation in private. Countershade grunted in annoyance. "Must a liked th' place so much he bought it." He thought. "Can't really blame 'im though. Nice area at least. And significantly closer to th' Colosseum. Still, gonna need to put some bugs an' cams in. Jus' to be safe." With that he began scouring the building for the ideal hiding spots.

"W-what do you mean? Arrangements? H-have I not been good enough? D-did I do something wrong?" Eli asked White in a panicked and near tearful voice. White panicked and did his best to try and comfort his robot. "No, no, no, no, no. You misunderstood me Eli. You've been fine, what I meant was we need to set you up some accommodation. Your own room and the such. Doesn't that sound nice?" White asked in what he hoped was a soothing tone. He wouldn't know, he'd never dealt with young children before. Eli sniffed and nodded realizing how stupid he must have looked, "Yeah, t-that sounds nice Doctor." Eli then gave the relieved man a warm smile of thanks and a brief hug before he dashed off to find something to do.

White sighed in painstakingly obvious relief. The kid was so dang adorable but so hard to take care of! "Who would keep him in their room for a while I wonder?" White questioned aloud as he scratched his afro. (The hairstyle. that was not slang for anything) "Keep who Doctor?" White jumped out of his skin as he heard Dynatron's voice behind him. "Dyna! You nearly gave me a heart attack!" White exclaimed. Dyna giggled, "Whoopszz. Szzzorry Doctor. I'll make sure to jolt you next time! Anyway who were you talking about?" White sighed. "I was talking about Eli, Dyna. He doesn't have anywhere to stay at the moment except a Cryo pod and I can't keep him in there, I don't have the heart to seal him away every night. And a room needs to be built and set up for him still, and I have no idea what  design he wants for it and, and-OW!" He stopped abruptly when he felt an electric shock pass through him. He turned to glare at Dyna but stopped when he saw she had a serious face on, which was incredibly rare to see on Dyna. "Jeezzzzz, calm down Doctor. I haven't seen you this frantic in ages. Look if it makes it any easier I'll ask Cryo to ask Eli what he wantszzz his room to be like, Okay?" Dyna stated. White nodded slowly and relaxed a bit more once he saw Dynatron begin to grin again. "Good! But I'll only do it on one condition!" White groaned inwardly. "Alright, lets hear it." Dyna's grin somehow got wider. "The kid gets to stay with me!" She nearly yelled in excitement. White sighed and nodded. "Fine."

Eli was in the living room. Brandish was sat on the sofa watching TV. Cryo and Dyna were sat at the table discussing "things". ("Girl talk." Brandish had said, "You'd be best to leave them to it young one.") And Seismic was sat on the floor with Eli doing a 1000 piece jigsaw puzzle. Despite his size he was actually pretty good at puzzles and the duo were already halfway done. "Hey squirt! C'mere!" Cryosphere suddenly called over. Eli looked over to her questioningly but all she did was beckon him over to her. "Don't finish it without me, okay Mic?" He told the large robot who inclined his head to him slightly. Eli scrambled up from the floor and dashed over to the table and tried to pull himself up onto Seismic's chair, that being were Cryosphere was sat. He jumped up and grasped the edge of one of the cushions, from there Cryo pulled him up. Eli sat down next to her. There was easily enough space for both of the robots because as the seat had to accommodate Mic it was high off the ground and nearly as wide as a car. It was well cushioned too and was commonly used by the smaller robots like Beck and Cryo and now Eli too apparently. Seismic was aware that his chair was a meeting point for his shorter siblings but he didn't mind so long as they didn't make a mess.

"You comfy there squirt?" Cryo joked as she saw Eli bury himself in a cushion fort. He nodded with his cute little smile and gestured for Cryo to join him. The small robot chuckled and climbed into the fortress with her little brother. As soon as she was in Eli pulled a large cushion over the top making a roof and then put a cushion in front of the "window". The interior was dimmed considerably and Cryo smiled in a mischievous way. Oh, the jokes she could of told had Eli been more mature. Alas he was not and- hey where did he go? Cryosphere nearly jumped when she felt a weight appear on her lap and looked down to see... Her heart nearly stopped with how cute this was, Because she saw Her youngest brother curled up contently in her lap. She nearly squealed with how adorable she found that but refrained from doing so. "So kiddo, I hear you're getting a new room huh? Excited?" Eli nodded, "Yup! Really looking forward to it!" Cryo chuckled softly. "Is that so? Any idea what you want it to look like?" Eli nodded again. "Yeah! I want it to have Black and silver walls! A White bed connected to the wall and a TV too!" Cryo smiled at the enthusiasm in his voice. Something about it just made her want to give him a hug and charge out to get him anything he wanted. "Yeah? Sounds like a real "ice" room to have!" Eli giggled at the pun. "Yeah, I "snow" what you mean." He responded and they both erupted into a fit of giggles. "Good one kiddo. Good one. Anyway I hear that you'll be staying in Dynatron's room until yours is set up. Is that okay with you?" Eli nodded and yawned rather loudly. He then snuggled up into Cryo and proceeded to fall asleep. Cryosphere patted his head and fell asleep too. It was getting late after all.

Seismic waited for about half an hour for Eli to get back from his chair and decided to see what was taking him so long. He trudged over to his chair and saw some kind of pillow fort on it. lifting up the roof slightly he saw Cryosphere and Eli cuddled up against each other, fast asleep. Nothing intimate about it he decided. Just sibling affection. Seismic took a picture with his internal camera and walked off to find a printer. The others would want to see this.

Authors notes time! Yeah i know that there weren't any last time but I decided that it was long enough anyway. Anyhoo I've nearly finished the next chapter of my Charisk story! It'll be short though soo... yeah. Anyway enjoy some character bonding Kay? See you next time!
