Beck stared at the seat next to him sadly. Eli had been gone for a day already and no one had seen head nor tail of him. Of course, everyone had been searching for him after the initial shock had passed by. Shaking his head Beck returned to his food, he had to keep up his strength as he planned to spend the whole day searching for his younger brother.

The whole mood was sombre. Everyone was varying degrees of sad for mostly the same reason. Though no one was more upset than Cryosphere, she outright refused to be anywhere near all the others. She'd locked herself in her room and refused to come out even for food. Brandish was incredibly worried for her. He had sneaked in through her window to leave her food. He had no idea whether or not she had eaten it though. Shaking his head Brand walked outside into the back garden, he needed some fresh air. Strolling out he was mildly surprised to see Battalion sat on the grass underneath a tree. Brandish walked up to the huge mountain of metal and sat down beside him. Brandish didn't say anything and just stared at the rising sun. "I didn't mean for all this you know." Bat said suddenly. Brandish looked at his brother and nodded, "I can tell. There's an old proverb I like that ironically enough fits into this situation. Tokiniha monogoto ga watashitachi no kontorōru o koete iru. Fits this situation rather well don't you think." Battalion raised an eyebrow, "I don't speak no fancy Chinese Brandish." Brandish looked away, slightly embarrassed "Right. It means sometimes things are beyond our control." Battalion nodded in agreement, "Yes things have gone far beyond my control this time." He looked towards the sun, "I just hope that Eli's alright."

Eli poked at the pink meat with his fork, he had no idea how to eat it and was too embarrassed to tell Raychel. She noticed anyway, "What's wrong kid? You a vegetarian or something?" Eli shook his head. "No? Well then what's wrong. Is my food not good enough for you?" She snapped. Eli shook his head rigorously, "N-no Ray. I just..." Ray leaned closer to Eli, "What is it then." She stated without emotion. Eli blushed slightly and looked away, "I don't know how to eat it." He said quietly. Ray raised an eyebrow and smirked, "Really? Heh, guess I'll have to feed you then." Eli appreciated the offer but he didn't like Ray's tone of voice. He nodded slowly and pushed his plate towards Ray. The red robot took the plate and gestured for Eli to sit next to her. Eli shrugged and moved from his seat and next to Raychel. Ray grinned and cut of a small piece of the meat, then spearing it on a fork she brought the fork to Eli's mouth, "Open wide kiddo." Eli obeyed and opened his mouth. Raychel gently put the fork into Eli's mouth, "Close." Eli obeyed again and closed his mouth. Ray removed the fork and left the meat in Eli's mouth, "Now chew." She commanded. Eli nodded and began chewing, once the food was adequately chewed Eli swallowed it. Smiling he turned to Ray, "Thanks Ray. I think I got it now." Eli went to get up but Ray grabbed his arm, "Uh no. You asked to be fed. So you'll be getting fed." With that she pulled the small robot onto her lap and continued to feed the blushing child.

Bit of a shorter chapter this time. I did it on my phone on the go instead of my laptop. Hope its still good though. Enjoy!
