Chapter 47

This morning when I woke up there was a little jewelry box on my night stand, I grabbed it and there was a note from Zach saying that he loved me and underneath was a diamond necklace. I immediately burst into tears I couldn't tell if they were tears of joy or sadness. Than Zach came in and sat on the bed next to me.

Zach: do you like them?
Mari: I love them but you have to take them back
Zach:  why? I want you to have them
Mari: Zach this is going to kill me but I think we should breakup

Zach looked away from me as the tears started to role down his face. I didn't want to breakup with him but I think it is for the best.

Mari: look I want to be with you but if something happens to me I want you to move on and find somebody that will make you happier than I do and you getting over me now and me getting over you will just make things easier

Than I started to cry again these tears were deep and I couldn't get them to stop it was endless. Than Zach got up and was going to walk out of my room when he turned around and walked back over to me and picked me up and hugged me tight and started crying again. I wrapped my legs around him and hugged him back. Than we layed in my bed and fell asleep. I woke up before him and when I got up I packed a bag with all of my clothes and makeup and stuff and a picture of Zach and I. Than I left he house and drove away. I didn't know where I was going but I knew it had to be away from Zach I couldn't hurt him.

Than I pulled into a parking lot and sat there crying and I called my best friend Kara. I asked her if I could come stay with her for a while but she was away on a trip with he family for the summer. So than I called my friend Alysha and she told me I could come stay with her for a while until I found somewhere to stay. She lived in LA to so I drive to her house and I she helped me carry my bag inside and than I went to the guest room and fell asleep.
