I slowly woke up with my leg feeling better but with a slight head ache. I saw Jace in a chair next to me and Clary in another one.
When I looked around I saw someone else but they were facing the back of the couch and had a blanket covering them.
I looked at Jace and tried to wake up him. I slowly blinked his eyes and smiled when he saw me.
"Hey man. How you feeling?"
"Better. I'm thirsty and have a headache but I'm okay."
"That's good. Cat took away all of your scars for you and made sure you were waking up today."
"Cat came to fix me?"
Jace looked confused then looked over at the couch.
"No, well kinda but Magnus is the real reason why your fixed. She just got rid of the scars."
After he said Magnus name I froze. Why was Magnus here? After all this time why now?
"Jace why is Magnus here?"
"You need to listen to him Alec. And he promised to listen to you too. He has gone a lot through this time. Even ran into Camille and tried to kill her. He's a mess and so are you. You both need to talk."
"Okay."
I saw Jace smile a little and went over to Magnus but he shook his head.
"I've seen you fall asleep sometimes. Even if it wasn't every night you still slept. But this dude is out and I can tell he hasn't even slept a little bit since Propbably that last visit."
I frowned. I hate that we are in this place. And that I'm not the only one going through a hard time.
"I'll talk to him. Don't worry. It's time for him to talk this time. He already knows about me and I don't know what he's gone through."
Jace nodded and left the room to get breakfast. After about 5 minutes he came back and handed me a tray. We talked for a little bit then heard whimpering. He both stopped talking and looked at Magnus who was now facing us. His facial expression looked scared and uncomfortable and I could see small tears running down his face.
He started whimpering more and shaking. I stood up and so did Jace.
"No. Please don't be true. Please." I heard Magnus whisper. More words kept coming and I didnt want to wake him because I wanted to at least know what he was dreaming about.
"I'm a monster. I could of killed him" Magnus whispered slightly slurring his words. I saw Jace tense and I looked at him.
"That's what Magnus said in the library yesterday when we asked how he's been. That's what he said about himself when we were talking about your issues."
I looked at Jace then back a Magnus who was no sweating.
"STOP!!!!" Magnus screamed and opened his eyes quickly.
When Magnus looked around and saw me next to him I didnt know if we was going to run or hug me, but instead he cried.
I quickly pulled him into a hug while he was crying in my shoulder.
"I'm sorry. About everything. I know it might not be the same but I miss you like crazy. I ruined us."
I kept playing with Magnus hair while I hugging him.
"Magnus shh. It's okay. I'm alright and so are you. Or we will be. How about later we talk and see where it goes from there."
"Okay." He whispered into my shoulder while his tears were soaking my shoulder. While Jace and now every one else was in the room watching.
