I visited a cemetery not that long ago and while I was there I was thinking if walking off the path was being disrespectful to those who have been buried. As in "oh I'm walking on someone's grave" as soon I thought about that I was watching where I stepped and to not be rude to those who have passed on. I thought it was just a respectful thing to do. I wanted to be careful as possible. It was neat to read what was written in the graves but also very emotional.
One thing that I saw on a grave stone was probably one of the best lines I've ever read and the most sweetest.
"Only goodnight beloved, not farewell"
Is that just being weird or was it being respectful?
