It started off good today. I had a nice morning with my family. Went out with my mother and sibling, got some groceries and I got a pack of dice for D&D. Then my sibling went to get their car and the when my sibling and father came home they argued. So I panicked. I knew I had to block it out so I put my music loud. To calm myself down. Tonight was a hard night....
