Today was alright. I had a dentist appointment which I had to get a filling for a small cavity. So I got picked up from school but before I was picked up I had a minor panic before hand. They wanted to give me laughing gas to make me feel not as anxious but I didn't realize I could say no to having it. Instead I got to listen to music and focus on that. Of course the inside of my mouth is sore and it hurts but other then that I got to see a movie today that I really wanted to see so that helped along with being able to chat with my friends before the appointment helped as well.
