Jacquees' POV

It's the first day of school. My last year at Towers, niggas! I'm going out with a bang. I'm about to leave the house when I see Camryn walking out the door to her bus stop. I don't know why she was acting all stuck up yesterday. She know she wanna ride with me.

"Good morning, Camryn," I said.

She looked my way and said, "Hi."

"I can take you to school, Cam. You can ride with me."

"My name's Camryn and I'm fine. I don't mind riding the bus to school."

"Come on. I'm telling you, you won't like the bus."

"I'll manage."

Damn she's so stuck up. Well I tried to be nice to this girl, but I'm a have to leave her. I hop in my ride and ride on to school. I wasn't going to sit there and go back and forth with this damn girl. I don't have the time. I'm just being honest.

Camryn's POV

I feel like a freakin' fool right now. I didn't like the bus ride to school. One of the kids fell asleep on me and I had to knock his ass off me. I didn't need him drooling on me. Gross! I should've taken that ride from Rodriquez, but I don't know him. So I ain't taking no chances.

But I received my schedule from the front desk and I'm trying to find my classes when I see Rodriquez chilling with his friends and some females. He must be pretty popular to have everybody greeting from near and afar. I guess he spotted me looking at him because he waved at me. I smirked at him, looked away, and kept trying to find my class. I have English for first period.

Cool. I like English. I love to write and all that shit. 

Rodriquez and some of the people I seen him hanging with walked in. Oh, boy! We have a class together. 

"Hey, Cam."

"Camryn."

He walked past me to the back of the class. Ok. I'm in front so he's not going to bother me.

"Hi. My name is Lindsey. What's your name?" 

I looked to my right and this girl introduces herself to me. Wow. She's nice. Most people wouldn't do this, but she did. So I'll be nice and introduce myself back.

"I'm Camryn Smith."

"Is this your first year at Towers?"

"Yes."

"Ok. Well if you need any help with finding your next class I can help you. What class do you have next?"

"Math."

"So do I."

I like Lindsey. She came off as nice, but I'm still gonna watch my back on these hoes. She's on my list too.

After school, it's time to go home. My bus was waiting on me when Rodriquez came up behind me and tapped my shoulder.

"How did you like the bus ride?" he asked smiling.

"It was fine, " I lied. I didn't need him in my business.

"Come on, Camryn. Quit acting stuck up. Lemme take you home."

"Can you leave me alone?"

"No. I won't. Come on."

I sighed and rolled my eyes. I pointed my index finger at him. 

"I'll go with you to shut you up. One time."

"Ok. Come on." I followed Rodriquez to his car. He has a black Camaro. It looks nice. We got in and he pulled into traffic.

"How was your first day, Camryn?" he asked trying to find a good station to hear music from.

"It was ok," I responded keeping it short and simple.

"Are you hungry?"

"Sorta."

"We can go get something to eat."

"I have food at home. I'm good."

"Why are you being stuck up?"

"I'm not being stuck up."

"You say that, but I sense otherwise."

"You know what, pull this mutha fucka over. I'll walk home."

"Camryn, it's dangerous for you to walk home. Just chill."

"Pull over, Rodriquez!"

"No! Sit back, shut up, and ride!"

I'm sitting in the passenger seat with my mouth wide open. He yelled at me. I can't believe this. I know I can be hard on people sometimes, but I don't need this right now. Why do I make dumb decisions? After this ride, I'm getting on the bus from home to school and vice versa.

"Do you want to go out to eat or what?" he asked.

"I don't have money."

"I gotchu. I wasn't gonna let you pay anyway."

Jacquees and Camryn get into a mini argument. 

They are going to eat a little something.

I know I cut off so abruptly, but I have college homework to do.
