~Lindsey's POV~

SMH. I hope everything with Renee and her mother is going well. I heard her mother screaming in the background and then Renee just hung up on me. I didn't hear what was said, but it must be something serious going on. A few moments later, I received a text message from Renee.

It read:

Somebody broke in my house.

My hand flew up to my open mouth as I read the message. She sent me another text message.

Tanya's hoe ass did this shit and I know it.

Me: Did y'all call the police and report it?

Renee: Yes. I didn't tell them who I suspected, but I'm a whoop that trick ass when I see her. She got me fucked up.

Me: Tanya's out of there.

Renee: Ttyl.

Me: Ok

I sat my phone down and walked downstairs. I needed a drink of water. Tanya's crazy, y'all. She's gotten me shot, she pulled pranks on Que, she and her homegirls jumped me, she tried running Cam over, and now she has broke into Renee's house or had someone break in there.

Issa walked in the kitchen from the outside.

"What's up, Lindsey?" he greeted.

"Hey," I said blankly. Issa must've noticed my sullen mood.

"What's going on? You're in pain?" he asked.

"No I'm not in pain," I answered. "Renee's house was broken into it."

"What? Are you serious?"

"Yep."

"Does she know who broke into their house?"

"She says Tanya did it or she had someone do it."

Issa's mood changed from cool to angry. He stormed out the kitchen towards the front door and I took off after him.

"Where you going?" I asked.

"Don't worry about it, Lins," he said. "Just go back in the house."

Before I could protest, Issa was already pulling out the driveway and speeding down the street.
