Don't You Remember Me? Steve Rogers

For 

           It was just a couple of days ago that I became Mrs. Rogers and I couldn't have asked for a better man to make me happy. 

  I was staring out the window to the new apartment when I felt arms wrap around my waist. "Hello, Mrs. Rogers." I grinned and spun and around and hugged Steve. "Mrs. Rogers has a nice ring to it don't you think?" 

    He nodded his head and pecked my cheek, "Alright I'm going to go and grab some groceries you'll think you'll be fine without me?" I nodded my head and pecked his lips. "Yes, I love you and be careful."

  "I'm always careful." I rolled my eyes, he then grabbed his keys and left to go get the groceries I decided to clean the house while I was waiting for him to return. That's when a heavy forced jammed against my head and I blacked out.

 When I woke up I have been strapped down to a chair a pounding headache in my head. "Ah, your awake Mrs. Rogers."

I glared at the man he was holding a syringe. "Who are you and what do you want with me?" "Well you see that is for me to know and for you to find out." and he inserted the syringe into my neck and I blacked out again 

  

Switch to Steve's Pov 

 When I pulled into the driveway I walked in and noticed something was off because when I went to unlock the door it was already opened. It looked like someone picked the lock. I walked in cautiously grabbing my shield that was placed in the corner.

   When I saw a note on the table. "We have your girl." My eyes widened in shock at the hydra symbol placed in the corner of the note. 

 I raced over to the tower and to see everyone doing their normal stuff. "Cap! What's wrong?" Natasha walked over to me and I handed her the note. 

   "All I did was go out and get groceries I should never have left her," I said putting my head in my hands. When an arm rested on my shoulder I looked up to see the rest of the team. "Hey don't worry we'll get her back I promise you that."

Months Later

  Turns out the whole Shield facility was in on the chase. I then sat down on the stairs and someone sat next to me. I turned and look to see agent Hill she gave me a look. "Have faith Rogers we'll find y/n I promise you we won't rest until we do." "But it's been months hill and-." That's when I was interupted, "Sir! we have a 70% match this could be her." I rushed over to the monitor to see a woman in the mask.It was not just the eyes that gave it away it was the single wedding band that rested on her finger. 

  "Yes! That's her!" "Alright you heard the Captain ! Go Go!" We then suited up and flew to the area she was at. 

       Relief took over to see my wife and I was about to approach her when someone put me back.  "Steve I'm pretty sure Hydra has wiped her memory of many things and I'm pretty sure you're one of them." 

 I jumped down and jerked around and threw a knife and I blocked it with my shield. I managed to block every punch she threw at me." 

"Y/n! Please stop! I don't want to hurt you!" "You are an enemy of Hydra you must be destroyed." This broke my heart she can't even remember who I am. 

  I didn't want to do this but I knew I had to I nailed her in the head with my shield and she fell to the ground.

  She clutched her head and she looked at me. "Steve-Steve?" I was about to speak when Natasha threw one of her tasers. Knocking her out instantly. "Nat! What was that for?" "She may slowly remembering you but her memory is still hazy. We should take her back to shield until she is fully able to remember again." I sighed picking her up bridal style just having her in my arms again made my worries disappear slightly.

   My head was aching so much with a migraine, my body was sore for I reason I didn't know. I managed to open my eyes. I turned to see Steve holding my hand I was in a hospital bed and I smiled squeezed his hand firmly. 

With what little strength I had I brushed some hair out of his face and he stirred awake. His eyes widened. "Y/n! Is it really you?" I giggled in confusion. "Of course it's me Steve who else would it be?"  And he hugged me tightly I was so confused about why he seemed so surprised.

 When he pulled back. "Wait Y/n you don't remember anything?" "I remember you going to get groceries and I blacked out for some reason and now I've woken up here in a hospital bed." 

 "Why? Was there something else I needed to remember?" He took my hands and laid his head against mine. "It's a long story I'll explain it to you later." I nodded and he kissed my lips and hugged me tightly. 

   "Hey, Steve-I Oh I can come back." I saw Nat in the doorway embarrassed that she disturbed us. "It's okay Nat." She walked over and hugged me. "Good to have you back Y/n everyone's missed you." I nodded my head.
